Employee took me to the item I needed and then helped me to select the correct item for my situation.

I was going crazy trying to decide on a new refrigerator I wouldn’t have to repair or replace in a year or two. Cori in appliances was so helpful, she answered all my questions and knew everything you could think of about the refrigerators, the manufacturers, repair issues, etc. I felt so confident in her Knowledge that I purchased a beautiful LG four door refrigerator that same day. Their extended warranty is better than other stores as well. Just ask for Cori, you can’t go wrong!

I go to this store often. They have gone out of their way to be helpful during this rough time with the covid. It has been very easy to find help and they are glad to help.

I have been here before but this time the service was really great due to Jessica in the garden dept.. She was so friendly, helpful and just made you feel good !

Every experience at HD in Springfield is great. I always have a honey-do project for my husband and this is the only place he'll go for materials and we live over and hour away! We have a smaller lumber store in our home town but he'd rather drive to Springfield to HD. We're always satisfied with our shopping experience.

The store had a good supply of wood, I was able to to find 2”x12”x8’ that I couldn’t find at several of the competitors stores. The checkout girl was very friendly. The only complaint is that several employees walked by us without assisting us even though we had called for help. Overall I was satisfied with this store and will definitely shop there again.

Having bad experiences at other home building stores earlier in the day, the employees at Home Depot were friendly, professional, extremely helpful, and willing to help find what was needed. One young lady spent the necessary time helping my wife and I search their website for ideas, offered suggestions, wrote a shopping list for us as we talked, and then walked through the store helping us find the necessary materials. She didn't rush us, exhibited patience with our ignorance, and treated us like we mattered. Every manager and employee we spoke with looked us in the eye, spoke politely, and acted professionally. My only regret is this store is not closer to us.

The contractor desk does an excellent job of taking care of their customers! Mike and Frank are amazing and model employees! I wish everyone had their flawless attitudes and cared as much as these two do when helping customers! They truly make the home depot experience alot easier.

What I call "on floor customer service" has always been the main downfall of HomeDepot. Sometimes associates are hard to find. One thing is constant: YOU have to ask for help! I have been in an aisle, obviously 'digging' for what I need and there has been an associate (or 2 or 3) standing within a few feet, and I have Never had any of them come up and ask, "can I help you find something?" There was an occasion when I was looking for a faucet 'insert' and I asked an associate in the plumbing dept. where I should find the part. His response: "I don't know if we even carry that." I replied, I have the model # and the HomeDepot SKU# that I got online and it said they are in stock here." He directed me to the back of the store, didn't know what aisle # and did NOT offer to come with me and help me find what I needed! I have also had issues with customer service while picking up large items that I have ordered and paid for. But that is another long story! The reason I shop at HomeDepot is: generally, they have it in stock OR I can order it and have it delivered to the store. They have a very good variety of plants, etc. in their garden section.

Virginia in the outdoor garden area was very helpful and kind and knowledgeable when I was asking questions about some items and deciding what to purchase! She was very friendly and personable ! Then a young man I can’t recall his name . He is a college student cause I ask him if he was in school . The young man loaded all the 10 bags of potting soil In my car for me . He was also very kind and personable .

Christina and Chelsea were very friendly, professional and helpful. We walked into the store and within 5 minutes our purchase was complete.

Awesome service for my in store pickup today the young lady working the pick up counter was named Lorin she was friendly and fast and thanked me for my order and gave me a smile great customer interaction.

I thought the customer service was amazing, the products were available that I needed, and the overall experience was fast and easy.

This store had the product I was looking for. I had looked for the product I wanted using the app, but did not think it had the correct isle information, as I have had the same experience at other stores. I should have trusted the app. When I asked for assistance, the employee guided me toward the product, and it was located exactly where the app indicated. Love the Ryobi line of tools.

Fantastic customer service Joel response to assist a handicap person recovering at home from emergency surgery and no place to put food , he went above and beyond his call of duty. Awesome customer service great heart. Thank you THD Joel and team
