Friendly employees, and they were available to show me where products were. Wide range of products to choose from, various sizes and selections available on the shelves. Wide selection of products hardware, timber, doors, shelving, lighting, storage containers, paint products. This Home Depot has a wide selection of products to choose from. The only problem I had was how they labeled each one of their isles or lanes.

The associate Shay was very friendly and helpful. The managers had the area clean and organized, A friend of mine had a issue with there new mower last year and Home Depot stood behind it and fixed it in a timely manner . I plan on going back to buy more lawn power equipment.

We were looking for a specific yard drainage part which was not on the shelf. The employee spent the time and effort to go and find out where the part was we were looking for.

Very friendly store. Had the products that I was needing. Easy to move around in and view the products. Very good at replacing the product if out of stock. I would recommend shopping at Home Depot.

I shop this store pretty often, though not as often with Covid 19, The staff has consistently been great, always cheerful and helpful. The store is always clean and well organized making it easy to shop. A feature that Home Depot has that I really like is being able to look something up on the web, if it's carried by our local store, can have it's location texted to my phone.

I had an awful experience here getting paint. I will never buy paint again here. They have a 100 satisfaction guarantee but when you try to fix something, you get the worst customer experience. Employee talking down at you, telling you everything you did wrong. Never again. I don't shop here to be treated like that. I would go somewhere else to get paint. Guy working in paint was super condescending and I think he hates his job. 0 customer service skills. I have something to pick up and I am thinking of canceling to not deal with these people again.

This is my favorite hardware store to shop in Springfield. The store is clean, items are easy to find and the difference in employees attitude from... that other store, is stark. Everyone at Home Depot is helpful and offers to help when you walk by. When checking out, I always look for the cashier named Christina, in particular. She always has a smile on her face and her kindess just makes my day better! Keep up the great work!

I was going crazy trying to decide on a new refrigerator I wouldn’t have to repair or replace in a year or two. Cori in appliances was so helpful, she answered all my questions and knew everything you could think of about the refrigerators, the manufacturers, repair issues, etc. I felt so confident in her Knowledge that I purchased a beautiful LG four door refrigerator that same day. Their extended warranty is better than other stores as well. Just ask for Cori, you can’t go wrong!

I go to this store often. They have gone out of their way to be helpful during this rough time with the covid. It has been very easy to find help and they are glad to help.

I have been here before but this time the service was really great due to Jessica in the garden dept.. She was so friendly, helpful and just made you feel good !

Every experience at HD in Springfield is great. I always have a honey-do project for my husband and this is the only place he'll go for materials and we live over and hour away! We have a smaller lumber store in our home town but he'd rather drive to Springfield to HD. We're always satisfied with our shopping experience.

The store had a good supply of wood, I was able to to find 2”x12”x8’ that I couldn’t find at several of the competitors stores. The checkout girl was very friendly. The only complaint is that several employees walked by us without assisting us even though we had called for help. Overall I was satisfied with this store and will definitely shop there again.

Having bad experiences at other home building stores earlier in the day, the employees at Home Depot were friendly, professional, extremely helpful, and willing to help find what was needed. One young lady spent the necessary time helping my wife and I search their website for ideas, offered suggestions, wrote a shopping list for us as we talked, and then walked through the store helping us find the necessary materials. She didn't rush us, exhibited patience with our ignorance, and treated us like we mattered. Every manager and employee we spoke with looked us in the eye, spoke politely, and acted professionally. My only regret is this store is not closer to us.

The contractor desk does an excellent job of taking care of their customers! Mike and Frank are amazing and model employees! I wish everyone had their flawless attitudes and cared as much as these two do when helping customers! They truly make the home depot experience alot easier.
