Very nice staff and if you go in the morning early easy in easy out.

I worked with Marion Frances in the early morning hours today to help sort out an issue with an important order. This employee went above and beyond to work through the technical issues and resolved my order. I cannot say enough about her work ethic creating a great experience and solution for me. You are lucky to have such hardworking determined employee that shines.

Store was clean and very well stocked. Had no problem finding the item I was looking. And very pleased to see that all employees were wearing masks AS WELL AS the customers. Hand sanitizer was available outside store before you came in. Zero wait for check out and the cashiers were super nice.

Received courteous service today. Was in the store and out within 30 mins.

Only Home Depot on island, has great prices and friendly customer service.

After two different inquiries about an item I'm sure the store had (online inventory showed 25) - I asked to speak with a manager and was finally introduced to Linda Austre [Sp?] Asst. manager - She eventually wound up involving another 6-8 employees and made several phone calls, but the item I was told they "no longer carry" was found. She remained calm, polite and friendly through the hour long search. She should be commended for a job well done. I couldn't find her before I left the store to thank her in person.

Worst store ever!!! Rude staff that doesn’t know products or what to help customers. Poorly stocked, poorly managed!!! They know they dominate the market and could care less about customers needs!!!

If there were competition in the area I would never recommend this store. Lack of inventory and uncaring personnel would keep me away if there were any options.

I really found what I was looking for , but two employees told me they don't have this item available, but an employee named Jack found the time to look for the item that I was looking for and I purchased it, also, I purchase a patio furniture set.

Very poor! For a store that has the monopoly on the island, they are sadly lacking. Stock levels are hit and miss. If you look up an item on line and it says that they have 3or 4, you’d better assume that there are none on the shelves. Their online list bears no comparison whatsoever to what they actually have, and this is not a one off complaint, it happens again and again! The staff on the whole are generally pleasant and helpful,however, woe betide you if you raise a concern or make a complaint, they suddenly develop a serious attitude problem!. Once again, this is not a stand alone occurrence, sadly it happens repeatedly.

We're new buyers on the island and have been told to "take what the island gives you". If our recent experiences at this Home Depot are any indication then WE'LL TAKE IT :) We did a full flooring project and electrical project in a week and the store not only had the vast majority of what we needed but also offered personalized service in handling our huge transaction for Lifeproof flooring. I've read horror stories about the condition of those tiles from time to time and we purchased 46 boxes....we've opened ~30 so far and have found ZERO defects. All in all great experience working with their service team & getting this all completed very efficiently!!!!

I found the products that I was looking for, however a wider variety of items would be a plus. I really didn't need any assistance but when I do I don't have a problem getting help. The store was clean and the associates are generally always friendly and willing to help.

STORE IS A GOOD STORE. HOWEVER, THE STORE ONLY HAD THREE (THREE PACK) PUR WATER FILTERS FOR SALE, BUT THE OUTER BOXES WERE DAMAGED ON ALL THREE. I BOUGHT THE BEST LOOKING ONE HOPING ITS CONTENTS WERE NOT DAMAGED.

I bought plants for years and after they died and went back and bought more until one employee told me I could bring it back.

My husband and I was helped by 2 very helpful cashier's today. Josephine & Mercedes. I want to thank them both for their quick response, to an unnecessary mistake. Thank you ladies for going above and beyond. Good job!

The cashers were very friendly everything we needed was on the shelfs waiting for usto pick it up and pay thats why i love homedepot.

The customer service needs to be inprove just tired of coming into the store and ask for assistance and not directed to the merchandise employee need to learn there store.
