Search function on website is chaotic at best. Staff is courteous in store. Items are out of stock more than they should be.

I always find what I need when I'm shopping at Home depot store #1281. Everyone that works there is very friendly, and is always willing to help a customer find what they need. I would highly recommend this location to shop for all your Home depot needs.

So typical of these big box stores. All you see are pairs of employees standing around talking to one another while everyone is looking for help. My experience was a nasty employee telling me I had to get in line after I had just waited in a very lengthy line. Ironically, I watched three people cut the line which annoyed the heck out of me and I never said a word and neither did they Until they saw me who didn’t do anything wrong. Even the man behind me came to my defense. If the girl had only said oh my gosh, I’m so sorry I would never have given it a second thought, but she just stood there blankly. I thought for sure she didn’t realize what had happened so I told her I was standing in line the whole time, and she never responded to me.

This store generally has items i need and is convenient to where i live.

Home depot is a very clean organized supply store, very helpfull professional staff, don,t know what I would do with out home depots ease of finding exactly what I need.

My experience at Home Depit on the South Shore was a very pleasant one. I was helped by an associate and then was assisted by the cashier. Both very helpful and nice. Wished I had gotten their names. It was such a wonderful experience. I definitely will be back and I recommend this store very highly.

The people that are hired by Home Depot should have some kind of trade knowledge no matter which. It would definitely help the customers visit much more enjoyable if they have good direction.

This location usually has what I need and is easy to navigate.

When I go to Home Depot I always look for somebody over 60 because they're not the only people that care but they usually know where to find stuff and that's a fact

The store always has everything I need. It is always stopped, the sales associates are helpful and it’s neat and clean.

I ordered cabinets I put in a cancel on order still didn’t let me know I called customer service and the person couldn’t be bothered my money is green I can shop anywhere

The people that work at Home Depot in the store are some of the nicest people I've ever meet. The store is a very clean and organized store and everybody that works there is professional and courteous

Not one person to help me on the floor. But you need a collection of employees to make sure I’m not stealing out a self check out how about you help customers and check them out yourselves?

Spoke with Gene in the Kitchen cabinet department and he was super super helpful with resolving an issue even though I didn’t originally buy from the SI store.

This location of the store is perfectly positioned for you to easily access. The staff here is always friendly and willing to assist you with your questions and concerns, they also provide you with the best quality and products so you don’t have any issues with your product. I highly encourage you to visit this location for your next project and everyday needs.

i loved the service Gene helped me with all. as I have written three times now. he did all seen I was struggling with the 8 20 lb soil bags and came n did all for me took the cart to register, checked me out, and then loaded my truck.. i felt so bad I had no cash since he went above and beyond for me.. i never ha such great service there. i even told him before he helped me that I didn't have cash before he helped me.. he was awesome he didn't care
