Clean organized, extremely helpful employees who have knowledge and patience. Especially Charlie in,paints who assisted us with our ten thousand questions and Anna our checkout person who was so sweet and engaging. Not like some employees at other places who seem miserable with their jobs.

I rented a carpet blower and asked if I could get my military 10% and at time of rental was told yes, no problem, only to find out when I brought it back that I COULD NOT use my military on a rental. I wish everyone was on the same page!

Took a very long time to get a person to help me cut 2 pieces of wood (over 30 min). I had to ask 4 associates, one of the managers watched me walk around and look for someone and never asked me if I needed help. When someone came over, they had no idea what they were doimg because they proceeded to cut the wood too short. I had to go back the next day, return the piece of wood. When I got the next one cut it didn't have the tag on it when I got to the register. The lady asked me if it had one and I said I don't know where it is. She then said that I had to walk all the way to the back of the store and take a picture of the tag because she "can't ring it up on an I don't know" even though I knew exactly what I got. Then I brought it back and she was guessing at the price to charge me and I had to tell her exactly. Very very poor experience. Worst experience I've ever had in any home improvement store

This store has stepped up its game. Its clean and there is always someone their to help when you have no clue what to use. The Associate I had contact with just blew me away while being so busy and doing different tasks never forgetting to let a customer know she will be right there and always a smile on her face. Its Rare to find someone like that these days and the Employee that work on the floor know their stuff and will not steer you wrong...

The South Shore location is getting better. For years I wanted to scream at the manager. Why are people standing around talking? Go ask customers if they need help!! The store I use in No. Windham Maine is so nice, I come home and die a little!! It has gotten better a little bit here, just ASK if we needs help!! It only takes a second and its so appreciated. Thye store is so big, sometimes help is needed.

Doing a bathroom reno and we have had to make more than one trip to this Home Depot, and we have always found what we needed with ease or the assistance of staff. The overall experience was more than satisfactory.

in less then a week apart two horrible experiences: 1 - bought a weber had them install told it was ready went to get it and it was given to someone else!!!! nothing like dropping cash for them to give to someone else 2 - sunday 8am - went to by a patio set waited 15 mins to get help then another 30 for them to locate product!! AND assistant was nasty at customer service DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!!!

I went to the garden center only. There were ample supplies of plants I was looking for. The checkout was fast. The cashier Allyson was very helpful and kind to a senior citizen on line in front of me. She was very pleasant and courteous to me as well

Stocked. Carries everything. Staff friendly. Found my items except for two which leads to My complaint..... why are there returned products on the shelves?? I was looking for light fixtures and out of the six boxes only one didn’t look like it was opened, returned, or was in someones basement. Out of the six different fixtures I needed , I could only purchase 4. Returns should not be put back on the shelves in that horrendous condition. I shouldn’t have to look through items that are suppose to be new but are not! The parking lot are where you retrieve and return the shopping carts was filled with old rotting garbage. So disgusting that I actually took a picture. Wish I had time to go see the store manager as it was truly disgusting.

The cashiers were nice and friendly, I asked customer service where an item was and actually pointed me in the right direction

The guy who was making the key on May 12th 2018 at around 11:00am was extremely rude. He kept saying "shxt" all throughout. Was it that difficult to make keys??

Never dissatisfied , mostly always have the items you need, returns are never an issue and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly!

Pressure treated lumber was terrible. Somebody needs to go through it. I wasted so much time going through the lumber. Inspect wood and remove the garbage. Inform the supplier of their lack of quality.
