Everyone I've encountered at this Home Depot have been extremely helpful and courteous (and believe me I've been here a lot!) From the paint department to windows and doors, to floors and appliances, it's all been a great experience!

Immediately upon my asking for help the gentleman was quick to assist me despite not being his department. Also when one of the items I was searching for was not available, took me to website helped me search and complete my order. Exceptional Service!!!

The Appliance Dept. is professional, courteous, patient, and willing to answer all questions without making you feel embarrassed for asking! Our Service Person was "Korby" who was great to work with.... Thanks again "Korby"... we purchased 3 appliances...spent $3,000.00

I have been in a LOT of Home Depot locations. I am a contractor & spend money in Home Depot everyday. My experience with the assistant store manager, Craig is THE REASON I shop at Home Depot. His customer service, friendly attitude & willingness to help are something everyone should strive for. He greeted me the minute I came into the store, asked if he could help me find what I was looking for, took the time to search for it and help me get what I wanted and made it a great value too. I can't begin to express my gratitude for his help today. Everyone in the service industry should see Craig as a shining example of customer service. Craig, thank you again. You're the best.

I really like shopping at this store because of the friendly staff and how attentive they are from the time i walked into the store until the time I checked out. Every staff member that walked by me asked if i needed help with anything and was more than willing to assist me in my Christmas shopping. I also noticed them asking other customers if they needed anything as well as i was being assisted.

This is a mixed review. They have deceptive price labeling practices - advertising 20% off, then showing the discounted price in large numbers on the shelf tag with the original price in small numbers. However, one sales associate in particular, Teresa, took good care of me after the manager hung up on me when I asked about this practice.

I've always had good experiences shopping there.I especially like taking my grand kids on the first Saturday of each month for the projects that they make;they rally look forward to that. I buy all my garden supplies there in the spring.

A couple of months ago, I was in your store and a young man approached me about getting a kitchen make over. I listened to what he had to say and soon a salesman came to my house. He measured my cabinets and then quoted a Cabinet Re-refacing. I signed the offer and in about a month, I because the PROUD owner of new, re-faced kitchen cabinets. The installer did a wonderful job and I never expected my kitchen to look this good!!! Very Happy!!!

Love this store! I'm disabled and go to this store every Tuesday & Thursday to walk (and shop). The employees in my store take time to talk to you and learn your name and ALWAYS have a smile. Great selection of products and always willing to special order anything that I need.

I was very happy with the help that I received at the paint desk. Jarvis made sure that I had everything that I needed to complete my project! He takes his time to make sure that you are satisfied.

Just for the record I NEVER bother writing reviews, but I am taking the time to do so with hope that someone else reads this and can benefit from my experience. Tom H in Lawn Equipment at the Steele Creek store is phenomenal...! Tom's knowledge and experience working on small engines help guide my decision on a string trimmer and blower. He is a valuable asset to the Home Depot! Thanks again Tom!

I was greeted on the way in. I was walked directly to the item I was looking for. At checkout in the gardening center, the cashier got me another cart so that my plants wouldn't be damaged, then offered plastic lining for my car so it wouldn't get dirty. Then asked if I needed help to my car. I declined and as soon as I got outside another employee asked if she could help me with my items to my car. I declined as well but such genuine concern and lovely people.

Always nice to know that the employees are very helpful at any given time. We appreciate them and are thankful for this store always taking care of our needs.

I was waited on by someone who was extremely courteous and helpful. He never pushed my to make a decision and patiently answered my numerous questions as I attempted to find the best product to meet my needs. He explained everything about the warranties in detail and stayed with me throughout the process never making me feel rushed.

We just bought our first home, and headed to HD to buy essential products for the home. Been to the store about a dozen times since the purchase of our home. All the workers were helpful in attending to our needs.

We were vacationing husband started doing work for parents. They were very helpful.

The store is extremely easy to get to, parking is ample, the staff are very friendly and helpful. I do a lot of DIY projects and use this store as my "go to" for supplies ranging from landscaping to woodworking. They willingly cut wood to my specs and help get it to my vehicle if need be....couldn't ask for more. Great overall and very, very seldom am disappointed that they don't have what I need.

The manager was extremely helpful and friendly; he made my experience beyond pleasurable.
