Great Management and great associates! I have visited hundreds of Home Depot's across the US, but this one store in Steele Creek stands out for a clean environment/shopping experience, awesome customer service, knowledgeable associates, and the go above and beyond attitude! I will be shopping this store often!

Store is clean and employees are always friendly and helpful.

Do not do online orders through this store. They are incompetent and will mess up every order. The worse service out of all THD's that I dealt with in my life.

Sandy in kitchen remodeling is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful.

I would like to put in a nice report on an employee who helped me with both my purchases of a new washer and dryer. These were done on two different dates. His name is Anthony D'Agostino. He was very pleasant, nice and polite, and very knowledgeable on the products I purchased. MORE EMPLOYEES NEED TO BE LIKE HIM. A Large shout out to him.

Paint department told me they were out of base paint for Behr exterior marquee when I had completed only half of the FRONT of my house!!! Told me no base to make my color, said it was system wide, NC and SC. Yet after going to Sherwin-Williams along with my bucket of Behr paint to match the color. I decided to visit Rock Hill SC Home Depot to double check this information and THEY HAD THE BASE COLOR.......... 4 hours later I finally had my Behr paint. Very upset and the store did not offer to compensate me at all. However, Cannot say enough good things about Behr Marquee ext paint. amazing it covered over 400 sq feet without second coat.

Matthew was great! Didn't have exactly what I was looking for, but found it at another store, called to verify inventory before I made the trip.

Cody was very professional and assisted me with all my questions. He also put some items in my buggy.

The sales representative, Frank was exceptional and easy to work with. He really knew the products and helped me to select just the right door for my new home! He provided me with several catalogs to help me with my selection and was patient with my questions. I really like Frank and appreciate his professionalism!

Home Depot Steele Creek was a great experience even during the quarantine having to wait to get in. But not long the sales associates was there to help you very quickly. I had a great experience . thank you

We only come to ur locations for all our projects

Store associates were very helpful, espeically Scott in plumbing. He was able to assist me with my project and any other customer that walked onto the aisle.

Someone is usually available to help you if you need it. I usually go in and find what I need and right back out very quickly. I don't mind shopping at this Home Depot store.

Always enjoy shopping here. Been to many Home Depot’s from New York down to North Carolina. By far this is my favorite store. Wish they had a tool rental section that would complete this store. Everyone is kind. And the store is clean. Lots of disabled employees so it makes me want to shop even more at a place where people aren’t discriminated against. Love Steele Creek Home Depot

My favorite place to shop.

I shop at both the Steele Creek and Rock Hill locations and find employees at both stores to be courteous and always helpful. Today I had to return something and reorder. The girls that waited on me were very helpful and friendly. They were also very apologetic because I had to wait a bit. It was understandable because they were very busy and there did not appear to be many people working in the store. Not sure if that was a normal staffing problem or because of the virus scare.

The store was clean and well stocked. The employees were very helpful.

The store did not have adequate associates to assist Customers. I entered the store at 1:27pm, and spoke to an associate regarding a ceiling fan for 10 minutes. Then I went to the back to appliances to purchase a deep freezer. I immediately saw the one I wanted, but there was NO ONE around to assist me. I went to the front to ask Customer Service to page someone. I then waited another 20 minutes, and NO ONE came. I walked around and asked an associate that when he finished with his Customer if he could assist me. Still NO ONE came for another 20 minutes. I finally called the store (as I was still in the store) to connect me to appliances, NO ONE answered that department. As I was still on the line, the manager (Michael) came on and stated they were busy, but he would come to assist me. He NEVER came. I walked back up to the Customer Service desk and stated NO ONE had assisted me. The woman then walked with me to find an associate; only then did someone assist me; it was the same kind gentleman who had assisted me earlier. Finally I was able to get my deep freezer down from the shelf. I went to the Cashier and asked for the manager. When the manager came, I told him how long I had waited, and he said he was sorry I had to wait, and that they were short on associates as the computer generates the schedule. I then asked how can I become a happy Customer, he stated "smile and enjoy your purchase". He then stated they did not do any compensation, and said there was nothing he could do, but apologize. I said ok fine, I purchased my deep freezer, and had someone assist me with putting it in my car. From the time I went in the store (1:27pm), and the time I had my purchase in my car, it was 2:53pm. Totally ridiculous, it was a Sunday afternoon.

I have been going there since it opened. I have always had good experiences. I have remodeled kitchens and homes through that location. Always pleased..

The store is near where we live. Employees are always helpful and available.

Shopping experience was very helpful, delivery was well below standards. The gal in store forgot to add the $25 charge to move the old fridge, I told my husband to give then the $25 (check) to move it while they were there. They did, into the garage!! 3 feet more is where we had a place to put it. The delivery team was not helpful, inconsiderate and late. They called within the 30 min delivery window and came 2 hours later. We have been avid Home Depot people and WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED!
