My wife and I are building a home nearby. We shopped around to several appliance stores and met Anthony D'Agostino at Home Depot in Steelecreek. Anthony showed us around and gave us direction on the best products for our money. We just purchased another appliance due to Anthony's advice. He takes the time to enter the items to get the best possible deal. He doesn't pressure you and tells you everything you need to know about the item. This was one of the best experiences we had making a large ticket purchase.

I went to Home Depot because the other home improvement store in my area did not have the availability of what I was looking for in appliances. Upon arrival in the appliance department Anthony D'Agostino greeted me and told me he was there if I needed any help. Well he was the best! I bought everything right there and he helped me with my countertop too. Very patient, extremely knowledgable, a pleasure to work with. I will be going back for more of his assistance as I continue to upgrade my home.

My Levolor honeycomb blind would not retract. I looked at videos on how to fix it and nothing worked. I took it back to Home Depot where I bought it 7 years ago and Brandon took it apart and fixed it for me. There was a knot in the cord inside the blind.

I find it hilarious that there are “no returns” on custom mixed paints, yet there is always an overflowing rack of “oops” paints that CLEARLY were used and returned. But if you buy an oops and find it is not what it is labeled to be, you cannot return it.

I needed help at the customer service dept. and the folks there were extremely helpful. Keep up the great job.

We were looking for a washer and dryer. David Chable went above and beyond to make sure we knew everything about each washer and dryer. He throughly went to each washer and dryer to help me find the perfect match that met my needs. Thank you David Chable for the AWESOME and DETAILED customer service you provided! Whatever I need or am looking for in Home Depot, I will go find David Chable because I know he will go above and beyond to make sure I am informed and happy with my purchase!

Because of the way the employees treated my husband and I when we arrived with our son, I’d always go back here. We had two gentleman helping us decide which carpet to get and carpet pad. There was a younger guy, I believe his name was Callum and an older gentleman. I didn’t catch his name but he uses a stand up Walker to get around. Don’t think that stops him from assisting. He was quick to answer our questions and get the proper help with the manual things he couldn’t do, I showed up at this Home Depot in a bad mood we even had to replace carpet. I wasn’t as respectful as I would have liked to been. I’m pretty embarrassed about that but these two gentleman took it with grace and assisted in the most calm helpful manner possible. Half way through I just had to apologize I was in a foul mood because I didn’t want to have to buy carpet. That wasn’t on them at all, I should have never had an attitude. However, they handled it so well I was able to reflect on my attitude and apologize to them. The older gentleman was so personable and gave the best advice on how to not mess up our install of the carpet and the younger gentleman (Callum?) helped walk out stuff out to the truck. Then when he saw it was raining. He walked the carpet pad all the way back to carpet area to ensure our wrap was good and secure so it didn’t get wet, then brought it back to us. I can’t praise these two enough.

Item did not work properly and is easily hack. Did not feel safe buying this product.

This store is filled with the kindest people. You can tell they have great work ethics and get along. They provided top notch customer service!

Never had I experienced such a rude service here. Will avoid this store.

Item bar code would not scan and cashier could read so the solution was for me, the customer to go back through the store and being another one up.

All of the employees are friendly and go out of their way to help you.

I went to this location to purchase a refrigerator after visiting a competitor's store (whereas I was not pleased). Home Depot had a sales woman named Bridget. Bridget was delightful, patient and knowledgable about all components of refrigerators! She patiently assisted me with a smile as I looked at and examined every nook and cranny of over 10 different refrigerators. This woman was exceptional and treated me as a valuable customer. When I return to Home Depot, I will look for Bridget and you should too!!! I am a very happy customer.

Anthony D'Agostino, an appliance specialist, was very informative and helpful. He has deep understanding of kitchen update & kitchen appliances. When I asked him multiple questions, he answered them both patiently and professionally. I am really satisfied and happy with the shopping at Home depot today. I have another project later this year. And thankfully, I know where to go!

Walked the entire store trying to find what I needed and couldn't find an employee to help me. I was just going to leave and go elsewhere (competitor) when an older gentleman named Ron in an apron appeared and asked if I needed help. I told Ron what I was looking for and Ron knew exactly where it was. I asked Ron if this was his area of the store and to my surprise Ron said he worked in the back with freight. I had to be helped by someone from all the way in the back of the store. You need to move Ron to the front!

Linda Reynolds is a cashier at the River gate store. She has amazing interpersonal skills and unparalleled customer service skills. She always makes my experience better.

The #1 guy in the garden department his name is Brent is it pillow for the whole store when it comes to Great excellent customer service and I am pleased with the fact that if I can't find something in the store there's always someone to help me find it online or at another store.

I do not know about store 3662. My receipt shows store 3663, Knightdale NC. The 3662 number came up after I completed the online survey. I guess something in the Home Depot system that picked the wrong store. Sure miss the good ol' days when the local hardware store knew who customers were, and took time to help their customers. Home Depot can't even get the correct store in their survey about themselves :(

My experience was unparalleled to any other. I was helped by Gabriel. I simply walked in to purchase a new yard sprinkler. He led me to the aisle and helped me pick out the one that was closest to my original. As I was leaving the store, I saw him hard at work helping someone else. The customer service I received was the epitome of great customer service.

Store is unorganized. Staff is clearly not trained very well. Management needs to come out of the office and see what’s going on in the store.

Kenisha & Maiya in Customer Service were outstanding in helping me with a online delivery that was wrong. They then reordered my item with the online department to make sure it would be correctly resent.
