Went there at the end of the Day on Memorial Day to get mulch for the yard. The Young mans name was Marcel. He still had a great attitude after a long day I am sure. He helped me with the product I was looking for and also helped me load my car. Great attitude and willingness to help!

This store has been continually impressing me!!! I had a great experience when choosing a GE dish washer. The associate was quick, kind and helpful. Answered all the questions I had and helped me open a THD credit card to purchase the product.

I could not find a shopping cart in the Garden Center. Saw one worker pushing one in...ask if it was available. She simply said "No", and walked by me. Had to leave store, go out to parking lot to retrieve cart.

We found this store after having a terrible experience with Lowes. Every time we have gone into HD, we are immediately helped with any question or concern and each time I'm there, an associate approaches me to see if they can help me. Never had that at Lowes. All the employees are pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Just a great store no matter what you need - every department I have found is like that.

Came with a purpose - satisfied it - although tried to sign on via my cell phone to HomeDepot.com to get product reviews, but was unable to obtain that information.

There was a snag at the beginning of my first visit and first ever order but was soon resolved by the professional manager and associates. Great customer service will override any bad experience one has with any business.

Nice layout, aisles little cluttered with shopping carts that appear to have items being restocked prob from returns. totally outstanding associate that helped me for a Badger 500 and saw my Navy hat and thanked me for my service, 25 years I told him. What a gentleman.

Associates are readily available, friendly and try to be helpful. This particular associate was all of that although his expertise on individual vendor products was limited. The cashier was extremely customer service friendly and most helpful.

The sales associates were very helpful, one thing i always admire about Home Depot is that if you ask any assocaite that where you can find any particular item, they wont point you towords the isle but tehy will take you the isle where the item is located and will stay until you are satisfy with what you looking for.

I made several stops during my visit and I was approached by an associate several times to see if I needed assistance. At most stores you have to hunt people down to ask a question! The lady in flooring/window coverings was so knowledgeable and helpful, the guy in paint was very helpful and my cashier in garden was fun and friendly and yet professional. I actually left with a big smile on my face!

I had long sworn off Home Depot as I had a really BAD experience in one. Due to location and need of an item, I was forced to try this store. The associates here really made up for the last visit I had to a HD. Thank you for training your associates in service. It is appreciated!

I will always go to this Home Depot because of the store Associates. They are knowledgeable, helpful and just pleasant to interact with. A gentleman on his was out of the store one evening overheard me ask a store associate at checkout about suspended storage for my garage. He turned right around and walked me over to where it was located. Not only was it exactly what I was looking for and at a great price, but it turns out he was the General Manager and after working all day, still stopped on his way out to help a customer. That says it all!

The Rivergate store is our home store, we frequently shop. We shop after hours on HomeDepot.com. I had a problem with a chain saw. The online attendant handled the paper work for me to return to store. Replacement was shipped. I returned the DOA chainsaw & was credited. Excellent job

Our experience was very satisfying and would recommend this store when in the area. Corey, store associate, helped us out with all of our questions.

When I arrived at this HD location I explained to the clerk at the Returns Desk that I went approximately 5 miles out of my way to go to their specific location because of the great customer service I've received there in the past. The Home Depot closest to home (1/2 mile) has some of the worst customer service I've experienced. That's not to say that occasionally they are helpful, but they are consistently the least helpful Home Depot I've been to. This particular location has employees going out of their way asking if I need help and actually have a smile of their faces at checkout. THAT is what brings me back and has me driving out of my way. Kudos to this Home Depot location.
