Great group of employees. They make the store a five star. The store was very clean and organized while they were getting in a lot of spring merchandise. I do most of my shopping for home improvements at this store.

If you live near Rivergate this store is very easy to access. The employees are also very helpful. I am a new homeowner and probably go to The Home Depot once or twice a week. i especially like their trunk rental process, it took me less than 10 minutes to rent a truck for a quick furniture move.

We have been working with the folks at the Steele Creek store for the past 6 months on a major renovation from floor to roof. The staff at this store has been above and beyond our expectations.

nice place and people

Ms. Jay, the customer service lady, was the main reason this review is a 4-stars instead of a 1-star review! Apparently, when my item was unloaded from the delivery truck, it was never scanned into the HD computer system. So whenever we called to ask for it, for almost two weeks period, the answer was always that it not arrived yet or still in the delivery truck. My wife was told to wait for callbacks which never happened. She was so frustrated that she sent me to the store to find out what is going on. I went and was given the same answer. I left and called my wife about it. She was not happy with that and sent me back into the store to talk to a manager instead. Reluctantly, I went back to customer service and talk to another customer service lady, Ms. Jay. She called the online number and was told that the item had been delivered to the store. Instead of just relying on the computer system, she instead went and do a physical search for the item around the store. Not long after, she located it and brought it up to the front! She ended our two weeks of frustration! I wanted to give her credit in the survey but wasn’t able to so I decided to write a review instead.

This is a clean, well stocked store with friendly employees ready to help that proudly flies an American Flag.

We are in the process of rehabbing an investment property. Through a number of stages, everything that could go wrong did. When the property came open it gave us a chance to replace and redo the previous work. The ability to provide installation was critical as I can no longer do the work myself. The personal conversation illustrated a sincere care for the success of our project. We are looking forward to a successful completion.

Terrible customer service. I was ignored the whole time, when I finally found an employee to try and help me she was worthless then was ignored at check out register for 5 minutes by 3 employees standing 10 feet away.

This is a really awesome and friendly location and the employees are so helpful and kind!!

Great store, shop there often

Stephanie and the customer service team did a great job in helping me through returns and the purchase of a new power tool. The representative from the hardware department has helped me this and during other times and has always been a great help in making my purchases meet my home repair needs.

I love this store, all the associates are always ready to help and answer your questions.
