I found the materials I needed to continue playing with a new CNC mill. For the most part everything was priced as expected. The only caveat was that lexan was a little more expensive. Will be back once I exhaust my current supply.

Victoria in paint is very helpful. She did a wonderful job describing the best color of paint for the project that I was going to do. also the lady who answered the phone in customer service was very friendly when i called to ask what the assosiates name was who helped me in paint and to give positive feedback on my visit. beautiful store beautiful location and awesome crew that works there

I have never encountered such rudeness with customer service support and cashiers. I will not frequent this HD again even if it is close to my home.

Ordered online and merchandise ordered was waiting for me at stated pickup time and date. Associate(s) found order quickly, was all packaged in cart ready for me. Just had to sign and get receipt. Very pleasant experience.

This store is always clean and the associates are always very friendly and knowledgeable. Sometimes I have to wait a while to get help from someone but I still love this store. We just bought a house and I am an obsessive DIY'er. 95% of the time I can find what i need in this store. Otherwise I order online. I am in this store almost every weekend. Cairo is my paint guy, he is awesome. Thanks Home Depot!!!

We purchased kitchen cabinets through Home Depot with Anthony's knowledgeable help, we were completely satisfied with our purchase. We were also assisted at check out by Mary and Aurora after having a problem with our credit card going thru….they were all great. Thank you all for your great help. We'll be back soon!!!!

We were diligently searching for a couple of items, when an associate approached us and immediately took us to the area that he believed held the items we described to him. Then, took his time showing us all the possible items that seemed to fit our needs and desires. After comparing the parts available he then explained how we might install them the best way. Sure made our choices much easier, and we shall return to this store for any future needs!

The young lady, Jaydee went beyond her job duties to help me in anything I asked concerning other products I was interested in. It was a pleasure to talk and do business with her.

I was helped by Jim in the paint dept. I had a drawer from a Chinese bed to which I was trying to get a close color match. The drawer had a multi colored stain. Jim tried to use the color matching computer, however, the colors saturated the sensor and the computer gave up. Jim then worked with me to try to make a solid paint color that was a close match to the stain color by using our eyes and a trial and error method. It took 2 hours, but Jim was able to make the match. It takes a special person with a lot of patience to deal with a person as particular as I was on this color match. After an hour I fully expected Jim to give up, but he did not give up. Jim even worked through his lunch hour trying to satisfy me. Your Home Depot's Associate went above and beyond to create customer satisfaction.

The receptionist (lady) is very friendly and helpful, the boy help me find the products I need right away with his knowledge, great!

The employees at this particular store from the gentleman who greeted me at the door to the individuals who assisted me when I left behind my "cash back' were extremely helpful and polite.

I always can count on finding what I need either on my own or with an associate's help. Thanks!

BBQ was alredy put togather. They helped me load it in my pickup. They reminded me to use my VA card. It's why I keep going there rather than ordering on line.

Chris & Roland at the Pro Desk are not only extremely helpful, but always very courteous. I never hesitate to contact them for anything, as I know they are knowledgeable and will go out of their way to get me the necessary materials in a timely manner.

I am new in town. I made two trips to the Summerlin Home Depot so far. Both times I was greeted and approached by store associates. I did not have to seek them out. They were all very friendly and helpful, they made great suggestions, and they walked with me to the items I needed. Matt was especially outgoing during both my visits. I am usually clueless in Home Depot, and I usually spend lots of time wandering around. This was not the case at the Summerlin Home Depot. My two visits were the best shopping experience I have ever had at any Home Depot.

I was greeted several times as I went through the store as usual. The merchandice was displayed well and none seemed to be out of place. The pricing and other markings of various types were well done and attractive to the eye. Always a pleasure to go to Home Depot and truly seems very home like each and every visit. Check out is always easy and pleasent.

The store is always organized and items are readily available. If you cannot find something a helpful associate is there to assist you.

just cannot say enough about this woman who helped me with my purchase. in the holiday department. The associate Geri was very accomodating and showed me several items. I knew ahead of time what I was looking for and both were in the store. She also helped me with a carpet purchase by showing me different carpets and sale items.

The associate who helped me was very nice and friendly. He was able to help me find everything on my list and make recommendations based on what I was trying to get done. I usually have to go through aisle after aisle to find someone to help me, but I'm glad the store associate greeted me and offered help while I passed by.

I love the Home Depot sales associates. I find shopping Home Depot to be intimidating and overwhelming, but all it takes is for me to look slightly lost or confused for a sales associate to come to my rescue and help me out. I'm so grateful for the helpful associates at Home Depot.

I was offered help while I was shopping 3 different times. Also The express cashier was very friendly & helpful.

I had a female associate help me to find the correct sealer for my outside patio that I just had tiled. She was very helpful and very polite unlike my experience I had at Lowe's twice in a row. I will drive a little farther to Home Depot from now on. Plenty of employees were around to help all your customers and I too am in the customer service dept. so it means a lot to me.
