I consistently have a wonderful experience at this Home Depot. Special people to ask in the paint section who are SO helpful: Cairo, KMac, and Jim. Helpful, nice, go above and beyond, efficient.

I needed some items I couldn't find at other stores. The have always come thru with what I was needing.

This is the only Home Depot i will go and i pass one coming from my home.I love this location.

I am not one for shopping, until I walked into this Home Depot with my dog. Every employee I dealt with was informed and extremely helpful. They treated me and my dog like we were VIPs - and that is not an exaggeration. I left the store feeling I made some really great new friends. I need to find an excuse to go back - it was that much fun. Even the cashier gave my dog a treat on the way out. Great place, full of great employees.

When I arrived in rentals on New Year's Day I was overwhelmed. Bill promptly helped me, explained thoroughly how to operate the carpet cleaner and he even loaded the heavy machine in my car. I would not have been able to clean my carpet so quickly and thoroughly without Bill's cheerful and thorough help. I am very thankful that he made my challenging task so much easier.

I have never been so pleased with a visit to Home Depot and it was the care that Marlene, Kevin and Nain took to make my trip so wonderful

The aisles were filled with HD employee carts and when i told an employee that the aisle were full of her stuff she replied, Yes, they are." Employees standing around in small groups talking and it did not sound business related.

Always a great place to shop. Friendly team here, helpful all the time. This is my favorite location. A+ to all that work here.

Everyone that I Know and deal with at this store is very good, but there is one person - Satchia is one of the best and most knowledgeable cashiers in every Home Depot that I've seen. She knows how to do her job in the scale of 1 to 100 I would say 100. Very friendly, with charming smile always keeping quick moving and station clean : )TY

In general this is my favorite store. most of the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. always ready to go an extra mile to make sure customer is taken care of.90% of the time i use pro desk side check out. My favorite cashier-Satchia. She manages to say hi an great every customer, exchange couple good words while scanning, always knows how to quickly find an item that is missing barcode, she never lets the line to be more then 2 customers. great job Satchia. thank you very much

We went into the store today to buy a deck storage box, a garden hose, and some plants. Maureen helped us and she was simply a joy to work with as she was so knowledgeable and friendly. She cheerfully answered all of our questions and walked us all over the garden and nursery department. She really made the experience awesome! :)

I purchased paint and when I asked where the stucco patch was located I get the response we don't sell it. I said online it says you have it in stock. He replies just because it is online does not mean we have it. I said I have bought it here many times. I walk down the aisle and there it is on the shelf. It would be helpful if the employees in the departments were more knowledgable about the items customers may need for a project.

This Home Depot in West Charleston a Wallapai is very neat clean and has a staff with great experience And very helpful.

This review is all about a particular nursery associate named Maureen. I have been in plenty of home depots over the years and have encountered many associates , but this woman went above and beyond in helping me manage my planting needs. Her care and compassion for her work was only too apparent . Not only is she knowledgeable about her craft , she is also a kind individual. Thank you Maureen for helping me with my plants purchase and care guide.

Great store !!!!!!!!! Love , how they are old school values with sights on the future of tomorrow ...... Very hard to find certain types of air filters with unique sizes like 20x24x1 at a good price !!!!!!!! Would be in trouble with my air conditioning unit if I, could not find the right sizes !!!!! Thank you , Home Depot for making my summers cooler in Las Vegas, N.V.

We live 8 miles away we will rather drive to the Summerlin Home Depot.. From the Manager(forgot her name but she is a beautiful blonde) friendly greeter to the helpful staff. My husband and I Love love your paint salesmen Cairo. Booming personality. Always so knowledgeable about our paint needs. And Satchia is always asking how we are with a smile. My husband is a disabled vet and this Home Depot is his absolute favorite. They treat him so kind. Thank you for having a great staff. We got everything we needed today. Aloha and Mahalo,

Products were very easy to locate and associates were extremely friendly. The store is always clean and organized.

Manager Jodie was excellent with problem solving. Flooring specialist was extremely helpful with helping me chose carpet for our installation

As far as things go it's a little bit smaller of a store but what it lacks in product it rocks in personality. They probably will find something to fit whatever the need is that you have.

As I was having trouble loading something on to my van, a very nice boy saw me and offered to help, I was very satisfied with the assistance he provided, and made my day! I’m so glad the Home Depot has well mannered and joyful workers, his name was julian if I can remember correctly.

This is my favorite location. They always have what I want. They have fast customer service. I have never had any negative shopping trip here. Always helpful and friendly. I could not request anything more.

I'm a Handyman working everyday throughout the city. There is times that i would drive longer just to get to this store. Facility is always clean and organized, layout is nice and simple. Employees are very pleasant and knowledgeable, In general i don't have any questions, but when i do, there is always someone i can ask. PRO desk is absolutely the best I've known and cashiers, well i always try to wait for Satchia, one of the best, quickest and knowledgeable cashiers, you will never see more then 2 person in line and if there are more people, then PRO desk members just take the load off by checking out as many customers as needed. love this store and always be back for all my product needs. Thank you to everyone in this store.
