the cashier was amazing. I was returning a heavy duty plate for furniture and legal. Because one of the plates the metal was so weak that it actually broke off but one of the screws to my furniture at home had gotten stuck on almost every plate I was able to remove four plates out of the six from the screws but there was two that got completely stuck try my best on removing him but just couldn’t I went to Home Depot told the lady I couldn’t remove them if there was anyway that someone could help me. When Megan told me where to go and ask for help the first guy I went to kept ignoring me so then another guy happened to walk up and I asked him if he would help me he said that he had to finish an order so I waited and then he said let’s go up to the front to see if they have some tools that I can use to unscrew the plate when he got to the front of the store he didn’t even attempt to help me he directly told Megan and handed her the item and told her “I don’t have time for this”. I couldn’t believe so I grabbed the items back went to the tool area and looked someone else to help found some one try to get his attention looked at me directly and then kept walking, 3 different man employee ignored me and refused to help me so I went to the tool ale looked for tools that could probably worked and did it on my own thankfully the tools I went for worked and I was able to return the heavy duty plate back to the cashier Megan since she had already done her part. But never again would I step foot there the one time I asked for help cause I really thought I could do it cause my hand was already in pain . Was one of the first times I really asked for help and all 3 man where completely inconsiderate and complete jerks excuses my language but I couldn’t believe how out of all 4 employees I interacted with all 3 man where the one that refused to help me . We all have bad days but to completely be told he didn’t have time for me was the worst customer service I have ever had. Thank you Megan you was amazing but I can’t say the same for the rest of the people you said that would be able to help me .

The Charleston Home Depot in Summerlin is well stocked, clean and has great friendly employees. The well organized store saves time shopping and checkout is fast. I’m a senior citizen who does a lot of my own home repairs and I found great reasonably priced products to use. I’ve used this store before to get hardwood flooring installed and I not only had a great experience but I love the flooring product and the quality of the installation.

Employees are friendly and helpful. The store is neat, well stocked and clean. A really great place to shop.

I would be nice to have some at the door or a kiosk that could direct you to the area you need! If I’m told what aisle I can usually find my own products. Also in aisles- a button available to summon someone if you have a question. Like Walgreens.

Jessie in the electrical supplies is the best. He showed me how to make a charging cable for my electric car from scratch and I DID it. Thanks Jessie.

I recently had to get duplicates keys I was help by mark on the key section and was very rude and told me that I should used the key machine instead. If that’s the case? Then why hire people that doesn’t want to work! I’m a card member for quite sometimes and had spends thousands with this company. I fairly think that I should not be treated this way!! But kaley the cashier was above and beyond!!

This is my favorite store, most of the time I shop here, Everything is amazing starting from returns (Kim and Katya are the the best) I know my way around this store and going to check out, I always try to use station one because cashier Satchia. Because my line of work I visit Home Depot at least once a day. Satchia is by far one of the best, knowledgeable, friendly and fastest cashiers I usually come across. Thank you Satchia and everyone else at this store who works hard to make us happy and satisfied.

I went to the Home Depot on West Charleston to buy flooring for my whole house. When it was delivered they refused to put it in the house even though it had to be in the house to get the same temperature. Then when they came to install it they refused to move the furniture which was advertised as part of the sale. When I called about that they said that they weren’t movers that I had to move my own furniture I’m a 70 year old woman I cannot move my own furniture. Then on top of the amount that they charged me for it the so-called install they charge me $900 for some plastic to put on the floor . When I told them to come and get it that I’d had it with the way they did business they told me they couldn’t come back and get the flooring I would have to bring it to them. There is a lot of flooring for an entire house now I have to figure out how to get it back to them. If you want flooring at the store don’t buy it because their installers won’t install it as advertised if they have to move any furniture.

When you have to purchase something in person, look no further than your neighborhood Home Depot store. Not only can you see and measure the items you need, you can ask for assistance with installation tips and suggestions that might give you a better outcome. Always ask for help-you can learn so much from their experience.

Nice to have a HD so close to the house.

Went to search for iron security bars for 2 windows. The employee who assisted me knew not only where all the items I needed were displayed, but she also knew sizes, how the pieces would be put together, and could make recommendations on installation. I was totally impressed!

Online couldn't take 2 credit cards for payment. I had to go to the store. Explained everything to Abby at CS counter. She took over everything from there, comparing SKUs, prices, options, installs, delivery, paperwork, etc!!! She double checked it all and I left with confidence in my purchase and that all the details were covered! A+ service!!
