The person that check me out went Way out of their way to make sure I got what I needed

The store was very clean and I was extremely happy with the casher at the self-help checkout. She was very friendly, helpful and had a smile for all.

I was excited they still had basila. And Rosaline at check out has a great personality.

I couldn't be happier than I was when I was looking for help in the Lumber Dept. Thank goodness the associate that helped me was so great in his job, a true professional and made my purchase an easy one. Eric in the Lumber Department is a GREAT employee and an asset to Home Depot. He definitely takes pride in his job. Personal Responsibility In Daily Effort = Pride, and that's what Eric has towards his job and his customers.

Visited this Home Depot as my neighborhood store didn't carry the hoses I needed to hook up the water softener I purchased from them. Grateful this store had hoses I needed so I could compete my hookup of softener I purchased. Don't understand why they don't stock hoses for hookup, yet sell softener?

After being a died in the wool Lowes customer for many years I am converting to Home Depot because of the severe drop off of service at Lowes. They have reduced staff due to slow sales according to the support staff and it is obvious as it took forever to get help. Once the help was provided the associate was smart aleck and did not have the training to be helpful. Other customers at Lowes told me the same thing as I was there two days in a row with disappoint service.

I was very please and was felt welcomed. I was in and out of there quick. Store was clean and employees were pleasant.

Store mangement and all store personel were very accomodating in addressing my concerns and needs. They took care of me and i will be a loyal customer for ever!

Building shutters for my home, needed some lumber cut. Didn't know HD would do that for me, but Eric offered, cut the lumber quickly and loaded it on a cart! Perfect!

Friendly and family oriented people. Interested in you, not always about business. I like that. People greet you, you don't have to go looking for them.

The young employees at the Setvice Desk were more interested in laughing and playing around than helping customers. I ended up going to the Centennial location where I always get great customer service. The Summerlin store processed my order wrong and didn't offer to fix anything. The loaders were excellent though. Female forklift driver shows diversity!

I shop at the Home Depot on a regular basic, but never any help from their employee's.

I rely on Home depot for my household needs and enjoy shopping at this store@

Products were well stocked with a great selection. Competitive pricing.

As with most of their stores, this Home Depot is layed out well. What made this location stand out was the cleanliness and the knowledgeable staff. Great experience all in all.

When I entered the store, an employee was there to tell me which isle to go to . When I found the Isle, another employee was close by and I asked about a new garbage disposal. She showed me all selections, and recommended one of them for me, and she selected the extra parts I would need for installation. I was out of the store in good time. Thanks

If you're looking for paint Jim C, is the man to see…He was so helpful amidst the sea of paint possibilities that it was seamless. My paint was mixed to perfection and he gave me some great hints and direction.

Excellent experience, start to finish. Very pleasant for a major appliance.

Home Depot consistently has exceptional customer service. When I visited the store this week the associates were friendly and helpful. Even if it wasn't their section they led me to another associate that gladly answered my questions. The store was also clean and brightly lit. It all added up to a great shopping experience!

NEEDS IMPROVEMENT IN EVERY ASPECT. STORE HAS DETERIORATED OVER THE PAST FEW YEARS. QUALITY OF EMPLOYEES IS UNPROFESSIONAL, UN-KNOWLEDGEABLE AND UNCARING.. TAKE SOME LESSONS FROM LOWE'S.

The store is very clean and organized. The associate greeted me immediately and asked what I was looking for. She was familiar with the products I needed and guided me straight to the spot in the store where I could find them.

I always find what I need and at a price I'm willing to pay.

Everything I needed was easy to find. store was very clean.

I had multiple questions regarding a possible DIY repair project. I wasn't sure what the project would require or if it was worth my effort. Eric was extremely helpful. He was very friendly, patient, and thorough with his answers. He spent several minutes talking through the project with me. He helped me find the supplies I would need. He then helped me request quotes from the Redbeacon service program in case I decided to hire out the project. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you Eric for providing such excellent customer service!

Walking into this store we were greeted by several employees with smiles, the store was spotless and easy to see pride is a must in this location unlike several Home Depots closer to my home location. I will shop here again even though I have a location closer to my house. Customer service at its best. Thank-you
