I have come back to this store several times for supplies for our home projects. The staff is always very friendly and helpful.

I’d like to thank the female employee who was on her break for helping me with my riding lawn mower purchase. You went above and beyond to help me ,thank you so much .

Islies congested, and the ends of the aisles too

Store is dirty, promo stock items make impossible to go through aisles or checkout. Seems only care about contractor customers.

I shop quite often at the Sun City Center Home Depot. The store is clean. The associates are very pleasant and helpful and I’ve never had an issue with not being able to find what I went there for.

Be careful when you purchase a tree , in fact go with them while they cut it and wrap it for you because not only did they try to give us the wrong tree the same happened with the gentleman behind us . So stay with your tree or make the salesman hold onto it so you could go pay and THEH he can take it to the outside employees

My card gets declined and it’s embarrassing to me when I know I have money in my account but your machines decline my payment 3 times but accept my Home Depot card

I just wanna do a shout out to DJ in the tile department. He helped me from picking out the tile and the grout getting everything I possibly needed and more he checked me out and loaded my car. We need more people like DJ and all our stores in Sun City area.

Rather then try and find an item my wife was looking for she was told they do not carry it. After my wife was looking for something else she found the original item!

I purchased a grill. Very difficult to use the directions in the package. Faded photos, no details & no written directions. I ended up bringing the grill back for assembly. Awaiting notification that grill is assembled ....& Operable before I depart the store.

As a general rule the staff and management at the SCC Home Depot store are helpful, knowledgeable about store layout and products, and are willing to go above and beyond when necessary. I purchase regularly for maintenance on church buildings as well as personal and 'handyman' use and have experienced very few problems. A recent personal purchase of a faulty combo washer/dryer from Samsung resulted in a protracted back and forth with Samsung service and an eventual refund. During this and despite the warranty having passed to Samsung, the store manager, Bill Green continued to work with me to push the case and provide accommodations for the supply and delivery of replacement GE units. (By the way I strongly recommend avoiding the Samsung Bespoke ventless washer/dryer - even if the one you get actually works it has numerous issues and design flaws including over 8 hours to dry 3 bath towels). I am going with staff recommendations from their personal experience on replacement GE products.

I have remodeled 3 different home and I have found shopping in this store is the worst Home Depot I have shopped in during all remodels. The stock out of stock item are worst I have seen in any store.

3 of the items needed were not in the store but fortunately was able to get them through free shipping, a definite plus

Employees in the lawn and garden area are not helpful. They barely act like they want to help ring you out and if you ask a question they are rude and make you feel as if you are an inconvenience. This has happened on multiple occasions and as recently as Labor Day.

I shop there several times a week. They always have what I need and if I need help there is always someone close by that answers my questions.

I like the store! Good people, friendly, helpful! The stock availability is not always up to par. Not a total negative on store, it is my go to!

Yesterday, I purchase a new, outdoor patio fan with help from Natalia, Customer Service Rep. we established my new HD online account and made the purchase on my new HD credit card. She was very patient, well informed and courteous and home I went with my new patio fan.

Ordered new appliances, they came on scheduled time.
