I needed to buy a mower, checked the one I wanted and figured I had to go home to order it in order to have it assembled and delivered. I went to Customer Service, Ms. Jasmine, I explained what I wanted to do wherein she advised that she would handle it right there and then - and she did, quickly, effectively, professionally, and with a smile. We have been using this Home Depot since our return to the USA in Sept 2015 - have always been treated nicely and professionally.

I’ve spent lots of $$ at this location. Service used to suck. Not sure how but my last three visits have been VERY good. The clerks speak to you, ask if they can help and one young man named Kye went out of his way to give me the best service!! Thank You!

Hugo helped us out of a very STRESSFUL situation! This SSC Closing Store Manager went way beyond the call of duty to help us with a horrible situation!

Went to pick up items for multiple projects and every employee was not Only helpful but very knowledgeable about the projects and gave us DIY tips which was so appreciated for a newbie. David M in plumbing was helpful and very friendly during our interaction.

Every time I shop at this location it's an experience. Majority of the associates are willing to go above and beyond in helping and assisting. They are also very knowledgeable in their departments and the products sold in their departments

Great place to shop for supplies. Store definitely needs a makeover.

Isles very cluttered and almost impossible to locate anyone to assist you.

We we looking for a specific model refrigerator. While another big box store could not get it in stock, Home Depot had many. And we saved a lot of money.

I had a problem with an online order that did not involve the store whatsoever. When, after 3 months of trying to get it resolved and running into a brick wall, I took my documentation to the store and spoke with the manager, Juan. He was able to resolve the issue and the $900 was returned to my account. He didn't have to help me, but he did. This has earned this store my business going forward. I will still be hesitant to order online items but as far as walking into a store to buy materials, they get my $ going forward.

Get rid of all the merchandise in the middle of the isles. I’m tired of stressing out when I shop, and watching older shoppers trip over these obstacle courses.

I needed help in electric, associate saw me, and despite raising my hand for help, he walked away. Not 1 person in that store acknowledged I was there. They have staff, as I saw many clustered together but not helping customers.

I purchased this item because mine has seen it's days.

Six months ago my husband had a stroke three days after we purchased our new home in Sun City Center. There were many remodeling projects we had planned to do. My husband was in rehab for two months and when he came home he Was nonverbal. Everyone in the flooring department, countertops, paint department and hardware were so kind and helping me find the right products for our new home. It was a wonderful experience.

This store have the best associates ever ! Went there for buying my new appliances for my kitchen and the Associate Ámbar in that area was above and beyond helping us !

Brenda made buying a new refrigerator an awesome experience! She listened to what we were looking for and found us a closeout model that fit our needs perfectly...at a good price. Brenda was knowledgeable and had a good sense of humor...which made the experience much more enjoyable.

I've been to this Home Depot numerous times in the past few years and my visit this week was outstanding. Employees helped me accomplish everything I need to do - exchange a light, purchase various electrical items (switches, plates, plugs, bulbs), and get checked out in record time. It may help that I got there just after 8am on a Saturday, but I was so impressed with the helpfulness of each individual. Plus the motorized carts were all charged up and ready for use--I didn't used to need one but greatly appreciate them now.

The paint department took our order and made us wait over 30 minutes, forgetting our order until we asked how much longer. The cashier with the red hair, glasses, and tattoos was more concerned with her tropical smoothie delivery than working. Never apologized for our wait or forgetting to fulfill our order.

I was worried about all the reports of low inventory and high prices this year, but Home Depot's Christmas tree lot was full of a variety of beautiful trees at great prices. The service people were very friendly and helpful, as well.

I had looked up a certain glove online to find the aisle and bay it was supposed to be in. When I got to the store, the inventory was being moved to a different location and was not where the online info said it was. I asked and immediately had several employees checking different locations until they finally found what I was looking for. Great staff.
