Kendrick provided excellent service to several customers today I noticed during my 2 hours in the Sunrise store location. He was especially very patient with me as I looked at the various tile products, he answered all my questions for my do it yourself bathroom floor project.

Great place to shop, items galore, but there is need more sales representatives on the floor.

Hudson, the assistant store manager, caught a shoplifter red-handed with a cart full of expensive items. He handled himself with such professionalism while assisting other customers. It was very impressive to watch him address the situation and retrieve the stolen merchandise.

Easy to locate products and lots of inventory!

Paid for impact windows January, 2021. Installation in March. Today is December 18, 2021 and the installation is not complete. Still missing correct handles for the sliding door. City inspection is not done so strips of aluminum was still lying around. The caulking is coming off the front window. The screen was placed on the wrong side and I cant get any one to follow up with the contractor who don't respond to my calls. I know one thing for sure I don't want them back at my house. I need the windows taken out or a new set of installers who knows what they are doing.

Nena & Johnna provided me with excellent customer service. They were very professional and understanding regarding my needs. Helped me find a barbecue grill I wanted but was not able to find through the store. They took the time and effort to help me find it (as I needed it today for my birthday) & I will always be grateful for them.

Purchased a check valve different from the one I wanted.nor was it in Stock but displayed it on line. Installed it although it IS NOT functioning as designed. So now I have to take my time to return reinstall n purchase a small piece of p v c pipe and cupler . Merry Christmas.

I rented a hammer drill got it to the job and after an hour of fighting with it to try to drill the hole we found out the ham was not working was defective so I proceeded to bring it back to the store and I got a hard time from the two women in there they wanted to charge me a whole day when I only wanted to rent it for a few hours for a couple for a half a day they were mean and nasty and did not want to help me with anything until one gentleman came in and took care of it for me right away but I will never go back to that store to rent a single tool ever ever again

I BOUGHT A DISHWASHER ON BLACK FRIDAY AND WAS PROMISED DELIVERY ON 12/1/2025. NO ONE HAS CALLED. IT HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED. TOTALLY RIDICULOUS

I bought a washer/dryer combination on 11/29/25. My sales person was so patient, informative, and professional. He make my buying process stress free and I just wanted to thank him

I got some patio furnitures, the delivery was on time and the installer was perfect.

I shop at this Home Depot frequently. It is very rare for me not to find exactly what I need. The employees are helpful and friendly. The Home Depot App is a great resource to locate items in the store.

A convention location for my building needs currently. And it's always a relief to find a one- stop location for those needs.

My recent encounter with Sandra at customer service will deter me from ever visiting this location again. She is very rude and lacks the ability to communicate properly. Her attitude is deplorable

I went to buy pipe and the pipe fell off the shelf and hit me on the head knocking on the ground I almost died

It is so easy - with the proper guidances to locate all that you need for your project. The location is great and parking is very easy. I have been shopping here for over 15 years - the best hardware store in the area.

My only time to be able to do errands, unfortunately, is after 8pm on weekdays. Nonetheless, I was NOT expecting to find a person that was willing and able to assist me, as it is usually at this Home Depot. However, I was WRONG! The gentleman that assisted me not only was very attentive and in tune with my questions, he actually cared about helping me find the product. He looked it up and told me where to find it. Then, when I was heading to the register, he stopped me and asked, "Let me see if that's the one." I am impressed!!!! This is the first time anyone in this store and 30 minutes BEFORE closing, that someone has gone above and beyond to assist me.

I have other appliqnces in the same line and very pleased

when ask question about a product, staff seems to have lack of knolage and tell you they will send someone. We wait for ever and no proper knolage. It didn’t use to be like that

Home Depot is the worst company to get credit with or to purchase anything for that matter

Yes, I was very disappointed with my experience. I rented a piece of equipment that was clearly defective and held up my entire job. When I brought it back, the staff acknowledged it wasn’t working, yet I was still charged for two full days—despite taking a replacement on the spot. I was told I should’ve called to report it, which I find unacceptable. As a PRO customer, I expect better accountability and support.
