In store was nice and helpful. Customer service call center was helpful. Delivery people were awful. Took a month to get 2 failed deliveries and a third successful but people couldn't communicate and the one that did was rude. Glad we got the product, but not sure where I'll trust next time I need a large appliance.

I had an issue with garden shears that broke and they were able to look it up and they were still under warranty so I go a full refund.

I aways find what I'm looking for the employees are always willing to help

Ruth Verdieu helped me find the blind I wanted. Ruth was amazing! She took my measurements and told me she could order me two blinds the size I needed and have them shipped right to the store. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She turned my bad experience with a previous associate into an amazing experience. She was very friendly even though she could tell I was stressed from my experience so far. She definitely deserves to be acknowledged for the way she handled the situation.

Cashier just want to send me To self check out. While I was having problem in outside gardening self check out , she did not offer to help

Home Depot has always been my go to place to find everything I need to complete projects. We recently moved and this store is closest to my new residence. Had everything I needed.

In may of this year I went to the door dept. And Paul who works in that dept is excellent. However the door that I ordered and paid for had flaws So after the second time the frame was not primed. So I decided to ask for my money back. And Christine the expedite I belive is so professional, empathetic, I received my refund with out any hesitation So great team work all around Thank you. God bless you

I bought couple of tools to fix cars pretty good quality fast moving cashier easy friendly workers

Me and a friend bought 15 sheets of drywall , we checked out and emplyee asked if we needed help loading we said yes, went outside waited and no one came except a pushy NON employee and bullied his way to help me and charge for his help. Hey people need to work, and home depot needs to hire these guys and fire store people that are not helping customers.

If you like to buy any item for your home remodeling like a bathroom be prepare to buy those items online, this store keep only a very few options in stock and if you request help after 6 or 7pm good luck what a waist of time.

I purchased a wet/dry vacuum, and I have been very pleased with its performance. I also like my fold away hand truck. It is sturdy, and folds away into a neat little package. Easy to store.

My boyfriend and I came In to this home depit late night to get stuff for tomorrow for work... we are in home depot faithfully 4 days a week if not more... never have a problem most of the time people are willing to help.... but on this trip Adriana was extremely rude didn't want to help ar all. When I asked for help she answered nasty. When I asked for her boss, instead of doing it professionally she screams his name out Hudson! Hudson! They must be friends because she knew he wouldn't do anything and he didnt.... there was 6 people standing around just talking amd collecting a pay check.... you don't like your job go find a new one.... very disappointed.... sad!!! ;(

Keep doing what you are doing. The store is clean stocked and helpful. I travel out of my way to buy at this location. The Nova dr and university ocation is terrible

I was trying to pay for an item that had no barcode and the cashier did not even try to look it up and told me to go back to aisle and look for the price after I waited in line. She had the worts attitude. The should be more selective in the hiring process.

I'm not a fussy shopper. I can wait my turn. I'm not in a rush etc...When I was about to simply ask what aisle an item was on, the home depot worker literally put up his palm to stop me, pointed forward, and kept walking. Another worker saw me struggling to get the item off the shelf and kept walking. This store has awful customer service.

Found the ceiling fans I needed on a bargain for 3. Spent less than I would have at other stores.
