Great service very friendly easy to find what you are looking for

Our overall experience was good when we dealt with Arthur and Harry. The first associate who "helped" us was named Ralph. We were looking at tool boxes and when we found one we noticed we could not find any boxes with newer ones. We approached Ralph to ask if there were anymore in stock. He quickly brushed us off by saying if we did not see any then there was no more in stock and to just take the display one. Which according to him would be easier because the wheels were on it already. Actually, without a box that would make it much harder to put onto of our Jeep and would potentially scratch up the "new" product. Luckily, Arthur assisted us and found that 10 more of the same tool boxes were in stock. Arthur apologized for Ralph's behavior. Once he got the product for us a man named Harry helped us checkout. Harry apologized for Ralph's behavior and explained to me that by checking out at customer service it would be easier to bring the product back without a receipt if need be. I would recommend Arthur to future customers but Ralph needs to be retrained in customer service or let go.

The Home Depot Store in Sunrise is very convenient to my home. I have visited this store for various articles for the home over twenty years. The store is kept organized, and clean. There are always associates to help for anything I might be looking for in the store. I appreciate carts always being available to put my merchandise in. Whenever I purchase large bags of soil for gardening, I appreciate the helpfulness in the gardening dept to deliver my purchases to my car. I've always enjoyed the friendliness of the associates in all the departments in the store.

The store was clean. Associates were readily available. The Returns department was quick and efficient. This store always has what I need in stock.

This is by far and above my favorite Home Depot to shop in. Every time I have had the occasion to visit the associates actually ask me if I need help before I need to find someone. Even if it isn't their department they are super helpful and thorough. I will always go out of my way to shop here.

the lawn and garden area need cleaning up too many wilted plants and water on floor. however associate was very nice.

This store is one of my favorites in all of Fort Lauderdale. The associates are always helpful, give more information that you never even thought of, and ask probing questions to be sure that I have all that I need. I will always return to this location versus any other location in the city.

I went to the store on black Friday. It was difficult to find parking. But, once in the store I was happy with the customer service.

Great service at check out great selection and pricing

There are a couple of associates that I had the pleasure of interacting with as I needed assistance in electrical and had a return on my visit. I must say I was impressed with attentive response of both associates. It was a pleasure to shop there. I must add that many stores you visit these days the customer service is "Terrible" to say the least and good luck getting help if you need something. Many times the store employees walk by you as if you are invisible. Many do not even speak when you say hello to them. This is why I felt compelled to give the (2) Home Depot associates a hand and a thank you for making the shopping experience a pleasure. Keep up the great work !

The store was fine. the service was good. You need to make your reciept ink las 1 year.

I asked two associates in separate occasions about the availability of Hand Cleaners and the first time the associated told me the aisle number where to find it, in one end the aisles are not marked so I had to around to the other side to see the numbering of the aisles, after tow sweeps of the aisle I did not find it there. I walked to othe rside of the store and asked another associate the same questions and he told me to go to a general area ( Garden Section) and look for it. Of course I did not follow his recommendation since I did not wanted to waste my time again. I therefore proceeded to the self service check out , the cold machines were courteous and very helpful.

We were at another competitor store and could not seem to find an available associate to assist us two different times and then came to this Home Depot and were able to find plenty of assistance. It made everything so much better. It saved us a lot of time and made our check out simple. Thank you guys for being there for us and can't wait to see you again fro the next project!

Very good store good variety of items and very friendly people

Ron has been so helpful and informative in the past that I try to arrange my visits to coincide with his shift.
