The Sunset Hills, MO store has most everything I need as well as being convenient to get to. A lot of the staff has been there as long as I've been going there (more than ten years). I do like the quality of the merchandise.

I found a very nice bricks and decorated my place for plants nicely!I don't have any photo yet.I am still in process of finishing that project.I am still working on it , and I am sure it will have beautiful outcome, so I am looking forward to get it done soon!

I went to the Sunset Home Depot to get some Brass machine screws. This store has NONE!!! When I looked on the Home Depot Web site, it directed me to go to the South County store. How can one Home Depot have this simple item, and some do not?

Store and employees are wonderful. However, the people who delivered of our new kitchen appliances struggled to get the side by side into our home and we have damages to the side by side refrigerator and electric range. Delivery people wrote "installed appliances" but no installation was preformed. Ice maker was not hooked up and dishwasher was still left in the box.

I feel welcome any time come in , very professional people in this store

I was shopping for carpet and I received great customer service in the flooring department.

I purchased several flowers from garden department and was very satisified.

Bought a new fridge. Damaged by delivery crew. Second attempt at delivery was cancelled twice. Have no idea if/when the fridge will be delivered or if it will be damaged!

We had a return and Madelyne helped us through it. Btw, I failed to mention I had a purchase a few weeks ago and received great help but failed to fill out the survey.

Sunset Hills Home Depot is lucky to have Cindy working there. She helped me so much out in garden area. She's relocated to inside store and she knows that like the back of her hand. She's always friendly and ready to help.

Went to the store to look for a Air conditioner and a employee asked if he could help us we explained what we were looking for and he said he said the person from that department was at lunch break but he would find us when that employee was back from lunch, after about 10 minutes Eric S. Who was helping us was able to answer all our questions and proceeded to get on line and completed our order and printed out our copies of of the receipt also the extra one for the rebate. I was looking for a 40V Blade Weed Trimmer but no replacement blades were available so had to get a 40V string trimmer. Staff was very good explaining options, Checkout wasn't as pleasant. I was using a check for the purchase and their check system would not process my check after three attempts so was forced to use a credit card. Normally this would not be a problem but the nearest Home Depot is an hour away. I was told they have problems with the check system. So beware you may have to use a credit card or carry cash if your check doesn't process.
