The manager -Patrick was so helpful and kind. The service was so much better at this location than the others I’ve been to in St.Louis. I will continue to shop at the Hanley Rd. Location because of the service I received.

Genuine, intriguing, furnished . . .
The open and trusting nature of this Home Depot makes me feel great when I am there. I like to shop for plants and plant materials. Keep doing your best, because the store is my favorite.

Do not expect professional service
Half of the people working here do not know how to talk to others. I guess good customer service is a thing of the past. Good luck trying to find someone to help you as well. Horrible

Hard to find good help
Customer service no longer exists at this location. But if you know what you want, and where to get it, I guess that’s good because they’re not getting in your way by ignoring you.

Everything you need in one place!
I purchased a bottle of Goo Gone to try and remove outdated bumper stickers from my car. Home Depot was the only brick and mortar store that had it. Trying to find a small bottle in such a large store was easy with the help of an employee who took me to it. She was very friendly and helpful. I love the great customer service at this store.

Right service personnel makes all the difference.
Wasn't accustomed to having an employee greet and offer me assistance at this location but to my surprise Dale (the employee) did just that. He was very knowledgeable and happy to be of service to me. That was an ideal shopping experience.
