Went in looking for mulch, came out with lumber This Scott’s Evergrow mulch is horrible. Huge pieces of wood and very little mulch. My expectations are never very high when purchasing mulch by the bag, but this was ridiculous. See attached photos.

Seemed strange that delivery of this particular model of refrigerator was not an option. When we brought home and unpacked the refrigerator, we noticed it was dented. I suspect based on the comments from the salesperson in the appliance department this is a regular occurrence.

Philip W. And Zandra were phenomenal and beyond patient while we chose our flooring. They made sure that we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to ensure that we left taken care of during our visit. Thank you truly to the 2 of them for a wonderful experience. The Sunset Hills Home Depot is the one I prefer to visit because of the wonderful team members, but Philip and Zandra were extraordinary during our visit on 12/10/25.

Somehow, my order got lost in the computer system, but they still charged my card $581. I went into the store knowing that I would need some patience. One of the first people that helped me was Bryon, then he took me to Amanda. Amanda determined what the issue was then needed a supervisor to approve the fix. The supervisor was Leroy and he had to go to someone above him, Melissa to get approval and force the system to give me cash back and then credited my card. I really appreciated a hard work in diligence that they put in to fix my problem. thank you Sunset Hills Home Depot

Very friendly and helpful people

Timing in appliances and Scottie in flooring were spot on from beginning to completion and even after sale. The Sunset Home Depot is a go to place for home needs. I even drive from Fenton to there location when other stores are right down the street from me. I go where I'm treated right and they sure do there.

I recently purchased flooring and several other items at this store to renovate my home. Every single employee and manager that I dealt with were amazing and so helpful. Their customer service at this location is beyond impeccable.

The employees were very helpful. Andy went above and beyond. My only complaint is the delivery dates ordering online

I bought several tools to install an outdoor electrical outlet. I was at the store on a tuesday afternoon. There was no one available to help me find the tools I needed. Consequently, it took much longer to find what I needed.

Elise driver was my sale person and she was so helpful and knowledgeable. I'm so glad I had her for my salesperson.

I can always go to Home Depot and find the items that I need. if I need help, there’s always someone around that I can ask.

I purchased yesterday opened snd thought someone else had purchased and returned it, and i was NOT AWARE! The package was all messed up inside! I charged the battery tried the blower at a clients new home, it quite after 25 min! The handle on the trimmer screws were all screwed up! Horrible, i could not use it! Needless to say I’m returning the combo!

I bought two of them two weeks ago and went back for a third last week. Everyone was friendly and greeted me when I came in. A nice older lady convinced me how I would save money opening a charge account.

Always enjoy solving problems and finding what I need to create solutions at Home Depot. The only thing I miss on my ventures to Home Depot is walking out with a delicious Depot Dog. What a great idea!!

I like this location. The store is nice, clean, and organize. People are nice and friendly. I usually shop in the Kingshigheay location, that store is a mess, people and the store.

Went there for lvp flooring and lumber no one had time to help me load flooring lied to me about no other store having the flooring wouldn't except my military ID

As a DIY fan I am a regular at Home Depot. The Sunset Hills location is closer to my work than home, but it is my favorite location and worth the extra few mile drive. The place is always filled with friendly and helpful employees. Whether it’s a simple greeting, helping me with a question, or delivering a curbside pickup, I always feel like a valued customer!

My experience with the Sunset Hills location has always been a pleasant experience. Not only do I live close to this store, but they continue to give me many reasons to return.

I will never shop at Home Depot again you’re lucky that I’m older you won’t loose a lot of Money 💰

This store is good. Just don't request delivery (forget it) it's not going to happen. I always check online first to see if they have what I need before I go. If they don't I order it online and have it shipped to the store for me to pick up there.

I purchased a Champion log splitter. Keith came out and helped me fill it up with gas and oil, got it started, and made sure everything worked. He even helped me hook it up to the hitch on my truck.

Elise is amazing. She takes the time to listen, has a great eye for design, pays attention to details, and does what is needed to make orders correct.

You would think that a store with 900+ bags of ice melt salt in stock in the store would have any available for purchase. Worse yet, when I asked for some help your associate said " I don't really want to get that down right now, it is almost closing." Terrible service.

Unlike the the complete crap show at Kingshighway due mainly to some of the clientele wanting everything for free, this store is clean and staffed with friendly staff along with customers. I had more than one member ask to help me and the tool staff were very helpful in answering questions I had about prior online purchases. Brandon B in the painting department was very helpful assisting me grabbing down some storage containers I couldn't load off the shelves due to a broken hand. Thanks!

I always make a special trip to this location because I live in the city and find the employees very practical and relatable. They also have great attitudes when they are busy and you barge in to find out info. that if I didn’t know how nice they were I probably wouldn’t catch them in the middle of something else. I think that is called “multi-tasking”. And they all help out however they can without whining, a major plus in the retail environment as a customer. If I ask the checker if she was having a good day, or if I know her, how are her kids, she will be relatable and not stuck up like some suburban folks. I’m not starting a rant here just being a loyal Southie, and proud of it!

I enjoy shopping at Home Depot. Employees are always helpful. Returns,when necessary, are easy. Prices are fair and competitive.

I waited 9 hours for a Home Depot delivery that never arrived, nor did anyone ever contact me. The online tracker stated that my delivery was the next one in line, for the last five hours. When I called the local store they told me that I should be ready as someone was coming soon, which never happened. Simply horrendous customer service.

Nice clean store with many knowledgeable employees.

Went in to compare prices and actually ended up buying much cheaper than online businesses
