Gabby was very helpful in finding what I needed and Ryan at the service desk was nice and even took interest in the project I was working on.

It was the workers I encountered. I could tell they wasn't thrilled about being there. which I understand, but I was there to spend my hard earned money on a product in their store, and they treated me as if they didn't care if I spent my money there or not. I was left standing there for ever. I just left feeling differently about home Depot, and I hate that because I love the store. I love looking around, and buying things from there, but the way they treated me just left me know they could care less if I ever bought anything from there. You can see on my account, ive spent a lot of money at home Depot. I didn't deserve to be treated as if I'm some country redneck. I'm old, I've worked hard my whole life, and I wanted to buy something nice for my home. That's all! I will say I made small talk with the guy that works in the carpet area, he was very friendly and asked if he could do anything to help!!!

Home Depot in this location is the absolute best in this area. Employees are both friendly and knowledgeable. Well stocked/clean and I always find what I am looking for, check out is always efficient.

You never have to search for an employee who really doesn't want to help. Every is kind and goes out of their way to answer your questions. It's a breath of fresh air for a change!

The HVAC filters I bought were excellent quality and cost less than I expected.

Employees always around when you need help. Employees asking if you need help. Getting help to load was easy they came right away . The cashier's who are there are always friendly and greet you. Even in self check out employee always willing to step in and help out.

I visit Home Depot very often and every time I am there the staff always asks me if I need any help. This is one of the better Home Depot stores that I have been in and it is due to the employees and how they help customers. The only downside they have way to many displays blocking the aisles, makes it little hard to navigate through the store.

This store is well stocked, clean, and easy to navigate. Most importantly, it has staff who are friendly, knowledgeable, and care about their guests.

I really enjoy coming to this store, everyone there is always very friendly and interested in any questions I might have. The people who cut the wood are always super helpful and find innovative ways to help me build what I need.

Joseph answered my call and provided the info I needed - he also offered to assist me should I need help when I presented to the store. Thinking I could find the item, I went straight to the aisle but then was not sure, so I went to find assistance when Joseph said, “It was you on the phone? I have your item right here.” Saved me a lot of time and trouble. Excellent friendly service!

Home Depot has a great staff had are will to help you

We are remodeling our home and we are shopping at the Teays Valley store several times a week. Every employee that we have consulted has been extremely helpful! They recognize us when we come to shop and go out of their way to speak and ask what they could help us with that day. We never have to try and find someone to wait on us. Anyone who we pass asks us if they can help us with anything.

Kelly, at the service desk, went the extra mile to assist me in exchanging a component that was broken inside an appliance that I purchased. She was super!

8429 has the best selection, customer service and is clean and organized!

Probably the most accommodating store I have visited. Not just the store, but the area people were so friendly.

Mat Johnson was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the project that I was working on at my home. He quickly pointed me in the right direction and helped me find the supplies I needed. He even took the time to walk me to where I needed to go. Great service beyond expectations.
