Great helpful staff who work together as a team. Each department has highly qualified staff. When there is a problem with a product they work to make things right.

I went to shop for tomato plants and various things after dark, and the lighting in the garden section was so bad I had to look at the variety info by taking the plants off the shelves and going to where there was light. A whole row with hoses and landscape materials was blocked off. 15 varieties of tomatoes but no Roma variety, one of the most common and a good variety for the AZ heat. I picked 5 plants to buy and when I got into the light to check out I saw two were diseased and I left them at the checkout. The bell pepper had been chewed by insects and had holes in most of the leaves. Half of the tomato plants for sale were severely wilted for lack of water. I bought a closet auger in the plumbing section and when I went to check out it had no barcode and the two employees took five minutes to figure it out. It was like shopping after world war Z.

Visited my local HD on a rainy Tuesday morning. The staff were all friendly and super helpful, and I was in and out without delay. Couldn't recommend the store any higher - someone met me at the saw very quickly, and my cashier was very friendly too. Will definitely be visiting this store for all my hardware/lumber/plumbing/electrical needs!

We have recently purchased the kitchen appliances bundle from the Tempe location. Billy and his supervisor Pam were assisting us with the process. Both were great, patient and took their time to make sure all ongoing promotions were applied properly to make the most advantage to the buyer. Grateful for the outstanding customer service that Billy and Pam provided.

This is my favorite Home Depot. The employees here are the friendliest anywhere. They freely offer their help and make you feel like a valued customer whether you are buying a light bulb or a new stove. They are always there to answer questions or to reach something for you. They feel like friends , not just employees in a store.

Appreciate the help and service provided by the millworks team, Lionel and Aaron. They are helpful and willing to look across vendors to find what I need in quality and price.

CLEAN AND EFFICIENT WORKERS HERE. EVERYONE IS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THE FRONT OF THE STORE ALWAYS LOOKS VERY NICE. THE PARKING LOT COULD USE A BIT OF ATTENTION, LOTS OF TRASH LEFT BEHIND BY CUSTOMERS WHICH IS A SHAME. POSSIBLY ADD SOME GARBAGE CANS NEAR THE PARKING IN ORDER TO ENCOURAGE PEOPLE WHO HAVE NO CONCEPT OF WHAT IT MEANS NOT TO BE TOTAL PIGS AND ENCOURAGE THEM TO BE MORE COURTEOUS TO OTHERS. THE CANS MAY DISCOURAGE THESE ANIMALS FROM THROWING THEIR TRASH ON THE GROUND.

Worst run to Home Depot I have ever been in. Employees don’t know what they’re talking about employees are rude generally been my experience that that is a top down issue.The store was dirty it was cluttered employees working out of uniform.

I've been here a couple of times during the evening and cashiers Maury, Vannesa and Kevin have been very helpful and every time I come in they are working and are ready to help. Many people help me out throughout the store and it's become my favorite HD to shop at

Patti near storage made my shopping experience fantastic. She helped me find an item I was looking for and when they didn’t have enough on hand she called another store and reserved the items for me. Great customer service, went way above and beyond.
