I'm at the Tewksbury Home Depot on almost a daily basis and the employees always go above and beyond to assist me. That makes all of my shopping visits much easier . I appreciate there help!

Great store, very organized with polite staff and decent prices.

LIKE STORE LAYOUT AND WELL LIT AREAS. USUALLY HAVE ALL WE ARE LOOKING FOR.

The same as review title the store always has what I want and with the price that I want to pay, so far I have noty had a bad experience shopping at this store

I needed the right products to help with cleaning and the associate took the time to walk with me, ask questions and provide the best items for the job!

I had to return an item, went in and was immediately greeted by an associate in returns (no wait) who was friendly and efficient. She asked me if I needed help finding the right product, then summoned someone to take me to the right aisle and find what I needed. Great job!

I went into the store having general knowledge of what I needed but the associate asked the pertinent questions so I left with everything I needed and didn't need to return later that day for things that I should've bought on the original trip!

Very helpful and easy to find items. Paint associate- Dan, did a great job explaining what's better and what I need for the type of work I'm doing at home.

I went in and asked the first associate where an item was, got " row-, bin-". Went there and there the item was. Needed another item, asked an associate, got a similar reply "go to isle 4, all the way down ". Again on the money! Do you have them memorize the items in the store?

Store was clean and free overall of clutter. Many associates available to assist if needed. Associates not over-bearing as you can see sometimes in other Home Depot stores.

Had a less than stellar experience at "the other big hardware store", was hoping HD had what I needed. Didn't see it, asked for help. Eric from hardware came to help, though they didn't have what I needed he offered an alternative solution that saved me a boat load of money! He was friendly and helpful. So glad I went to Home Depot!!

The store was clean but some of the associates did not know about a product but was not willing to search for another associate who could help. Like the program for kids that day and think it was good. Should have some associates to help with education of children on how to use the certain tools during these project days.

I recently purchased a home in Tewksbury. It’s a fixer-upper so I’ve spent the last few months doing just about every DIY project you can do from plumbing, to painting to minor electrical work. During this time I’ve visited the Tewksbury Home Depot roughly 30-40 times. I’ve been pleasantly impressed with both the level of knowledge and customer service at this store. It’s noticeable enough that I’ve exclusively shopped at this location for every project I’ve worked on so far. I don’t remember all the names, but I’d like to take a moment to thank a few associates who stood out. There are more, but these are the names I remember. Denise was extremely helpful with a plumbing project; Dani helped me with a exterior door installation, I also worked with Rick on some random projects/questions. Julie was a jem at the checkout. I really can’t say enough about the staff at this location and how helpful they have been with all of the projects I’ve been working on for this new home. Thanks!

I was able to locate everything that I was looking for myself, although i was confronted by multiple sales associates offering to assist me with my shopping experience.

i found what i wanted to buy but some of the young associates are rude

Denise was a fantastic help in getting us through the purchase of 2 toilets, one a special order and most recently with selecting the parts and items needed to replace broken parts initially received and for our contractor to complete our replacement installation. THANK YOU A TON, Denise

It was easy to find the products and there was a large variety to choose from. The store was clean and the associate that helped me carry the products to my car was very friendly. I shop at this store on a regular basis.

I go to this Home Depot very often, as it is literally up the street from my house. The employees are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful with every visit.

As stated earlier in my survey Tewksbury Homedepot was great The staff were kind and helpful especially Mark who helped us in 3 different depts.Prices were great! I wanted to buy the 50 foot bargain roll of carpet gripper but it was out. I had to buy two 25 foot rolls for a higher price. But, the cashier adjusted the price of the two rolls so I paid the bargain price. That was nice of her.
