Will was so helpful with questions I had about the electrical wiring of spot lights. He went out of his way to look at the wiring and find me an option where I could actually get more spot lights and spend less, but I ended up spending more but I got more!

I buy at least 100 sheets of the 1/8" Eucaboard throughout the summer. There is bulk pricing available on a lot of other materials, but I was told that the sheeting I need is not included. Understandably, the clerk had no idea why.

The sander I rented said $248 online for this store but the price range up as $350. I'm very unhappy about this!!!!

not enough help on hand and the help are having social calls while on duty or don't care if they help you or not

I found out that there is no need to request a washing machine tray (as the associate told me that a new washer would not leak.) My apologies for requesting assistance in finding one to purchase to protect my flooring under (just in case) my newly purchased washing machine.

This Home Depot is my go to place, The employees are knowledgeable, and if they don’t know what I need, they find the right person to get exactly what I’m looking for.

The Thomas Township Home Depot has all the products needed for pests and weeds.

It isn't about the products or the price, it's a genuine friendly and knowledgeable staff. Just a great store that has what you need

We shop at HD at least 3-4 times a week and we are always greeted by very nice employees asking if we need any help, even though most have seen us enough over the years, they know that we know the store almost as well as them.

I needed a new washing machine because mine was too old to repair. Not only was the brand I wanted on sale but options are available for delivery (which was free during the sale) but more importantly for a nominal fee they will remove the old appliance!

Delivery is next week so I don’t have much to share with that part of the purchase. But excited to get it.

HD had everything I needed. Employees were friendly and helpful.

I measured my garage door correctly, but when I got to the Home Depot, I somehow forgot the width and bought the wrong door. My neighborhood boy that I have helped me every now and then was supposed to leave the package alone until I came back from running an errand, I strictly told him not to open the Garage Door packaging. Well he did and open it. He wasn’t very careful at all. He tore that box to shreds to get the garage door itself in the Parts out of it so when I realize that I had the wrong size, I had to put the box back together he was nowhere to be found. I did the best I could and believe me it was cold. It was crappy out, and I did the best I could to get it put back together, but it didn’t look good at all so when I went to the Home Depot in Thomas Township, the girl couldn’t have been nicer. Don’t worry about it, sir. Please just that’s fine. We’ll we’ll get it back together don’t you worry about it? I could not believe it. I thought they were gonna send me home to redo it, but that girl couldn’t have been nicer. I was embarrassed by the way it looked, but she said don’t worry about it, sir get it back together you just go get what you need and we’ll handle it. I wish I would’ve found out her name Because we could all learn something from that young lady

Store won't stand behind the warranty on the Ryobi tools they sell. Customer service is a scam and fraud for Ryobi. Don't buy any power tools from home Depot. They push you to customer service, then they push you to the closest approved dealership they can't help you so us a runaround fraud.

The customer service at this store is fantastic. I was greeted by every employee I passed and all seemed willing to help me find what I was looking for. Will always go to this HD.

I don’t need someone to be nice I need someone to have knowledge of products. Otherwise this is a good store always happy with shopping here.

We purchased gutter guards for the outside project and wood molding for the inside project. Always happy for the good selection at this store, but if it isn't in stock, it can be ordered. We also appreciate the cleanliness of the store.

Liz, Bill, Tomas, Rudy and Steve have always taken care of me when I’m in. Always friendly and helpful from pointing me in the right direction in the store to showing me new products or deals to getting me exactly what I need when all I could do is explain the part having no clue what it’s called.

It is a good, clean store with very good customer service. I have been a customer since it opened and will continue to shop there as needed.

I came to purchase 4 appliances for my kitchen. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and friendly. He did not make me feel rushed

I had an amazing time at the Home Depot store, in Saginaw, Michigan recently. Shane from the appliance department was a great help. I was really pleased with the service he provided. Shane had a lot of knowledge about the products. And he ook the time to explain the differences between models. He patiently answered all my questions. And he made me feel like a valued customer. His expertise and friendly attitude made buying appliances an enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend Home Depot and Shane to anyone looking for appliances. Thanks, for the great service!
