Got 2 bad LG dryers. Talked with the manager Scott who was very friendly and helpful. He called and talk to LG, who were not helpful at all. Thanks Scott for going thr extra mile

I could spend hours here just thinking of all the projects that could be done only if money wasn’t an issue.

The Thomas Township store is such a great place to visit even though it is a little farther from my home than the Bay road store. It is so easy to get to and it is so easy getting in and out, especially if you are in a hurry. There displays are a little neater looking and there seems to be more cashiers available which allows me to avoid the self service aisles which I am not fond of and always have to ask for help to operate. The parking lot is easy to navigate and it is very clean and appealing, as is the whole store.

I bought a Ryobi 18 Volt Cultivator and three bags of Miracle Grow Garden Soil. Zach offered to help me right away, took me to the right places, and loaded my car for me. He is the best help I have ever had in s store! I will be back for anything else that I need for my garden! Many thanks to Zach, as well as the kind lady who checked me out!

My husband and I bought some items for the fence we are putting up at our house. Patricia was very fast and knowledgeable during our checkout. Her and another coworker were very friendly and helped us get our items quickly. Will definitely be coming back!

Our designer was extremely helpful and patient during the process. We came in the first time and had a design created and decided to make changes. We made an appointment and had to reschedule it several times and then when we finally was able to go, we picked out our appliances and changed the design several more times. Then during check out we discovered our credit limit was dropped so we had to go through the process of increasing the credit limit which took more time.

...Christmas spirit ON CHRISTMAS EVE!! Was told by sales associate had 7 days to return washer if it didn't work. Well, one day was Christmas and they were closed but the store manager (Liz) wasn't able to do anything about it. I'm sure there is corporate policy as she is a good manager. The machine, a GE Profile washer was sold 6 months prior (found out from GE themselves as it had previous service records) and was placed back on the sales floor. Just wanted to do laundry and trying to find a washing machine in stock at Christmas was tough. I guess spending all day at the laundry mat was suppose to happen this year and my 2 weeks before service can come par for the course. Maybe it will get sorted, maybe not. I'll keep you updated!...if this is allowed to stay up! Merry Christmas!

We recently purchased new flooring for our living room, master bedroom, and stairs up to the second floor. Sean from the flooring department helped us tremendously as we have a very unique in-set section that needed extra consideration when picking out a new type of flooring product. He was very patient with us and helped us get a couple of measurements and quotes. It was more time consuming than a normal floor replacement - but he never made us feel rushed. We appreciate his communication and extra help during this process.

This store (where I have shopped at for years) is beyond helpful with the services provided. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful when helping a little “old lady”.

This Home Depot has the Greatest Employees. That is why I drive further. Thanks to Lee for the help last night.

I live near the Home Depot on Gratiot Road. I love that I can go into the store and get the things I need for home improvements. Employees are friendly, the store is clean and the prices are affordable.

Connie in the kitchen design is Amazing! She helped me design my kitchen in my Saginaw home. I absolutely love it so when my Husband and I decided to update our rental house we went back to her. The design is absolutely gorgeous. We can’t wait to see the finished project! If you’re looking for someone with patience and excellent skills go see Connie, you won’t be disappointed!

I went to the Gratiot Rd, Saginaw, Michigan Home Depot today and had AMAZING service from everyone I encountered! I needed stuff from all over the store. First I went to paint- there were 2 younger dark haired girls working and they helped my choose my color and which paint I needed. They were so nice! then I got a door and a younger blond guy helped me out and was great! then there was a lady in the middle of the store who was also helpful. then I needed drywall but the lane was closed but there were THREE guys who helped me and made it all so easy! next I went to check out And there was a lady with long blondish hair who was SO INCREDIBLE!! after helping me get rung up she saw that I had big items and was concerned about me loading stuff to my car so she sent out a really nice man to help me. get this- the drywall sheet was too big for the car so he helped me cut some of the extra(that I didn't need) off! I seriously had the best experience there and really appreciate it! my husband and I just bought a house and will be buying a lot of stuff so we're going to keep going to this store in the future! Thank you all! ps-i wish I would have gotten everyone's names so I could put them on here!

I needed a few paint items and the guy at the paint counter was so helpful. He explained everything from rollers to tap and just had a great friendly attitude. I wish I got his name but I forgot. The cashier was great too. Really nice people at this store. I'll definitely return.

Every employee I encountered in this store was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and professional. I had no trouble quickly getting assistance with the ceramic tile I came to purchase and the checkout staff was very helpful as well. I don't normally get excited about home improvement stores but I will be making all my future purchases at this location!
