I needed the 24” planter auger to did some 12” deep holes about 3.5 to 4” wide. Husky makes one but summer planting was way past and I couldn’t find one. I stopped Caudell, explained what I needed and he took me right to it. Everyone on the store has the best attitude and they know their stuff. The arbor worked like I hoped it would and it survived the hard clay I was boring.

I bought mulch again. Second time this year

The heater was installed by a professional plumber right out of the box, but it did not properly heat the water. I had the plumber come back two days later to diagnose the issue, and he had to replace one of the thermostats. This repair cost me $85, which would not have happened if the heater had not come with a bad thermostat right out the box.

The Management and Employees of this store are incredibly friendly and helpful. They are always willing to greet you with a smile and ask if you need any assistance. We live in Williamson Ga which is out of the way for us to go to Thomaston when we have a Home Depot within 15 minutes from our home but that is ok we will continue to make the drive! Thanks Everyone in Thomaston Home Depot You are the Best Of The Best!!

Always greeted by at least one employee every time I visit. It’s clean and organized. Restrooms are always clean too.

Coming from Fayetteville and Morrow HD shopping in late 2017 I has thought finding what I needed in a small town like Thomaston would be difficult. I’m glad to say we supplied our home with all new appliances, made major repairs thanks to Thomaston Home Depot’s helpful knowledgeable staff.

I have made a few larger purchases at my local Home Depot over time. Recently I had a concern arise and brought it to the attention of the associates there . They were very interested and listened to my concerns and made sure that I left the store satisfied. I’ve been shopping here for years and will always do so because of the friendly and knowledgeable associates.

Products are Products. What sets this store apart is it's team. We shop here almost daily. Tiffany Brown is my go to for my pro orders. She is a Rockstar! Tiffany goes above and beyond to ensure i have what I need. My orders are placed in a timely matter and Tiffany makes my job easier because I know I can count on her to get the job done correctly and efficiently. There are also several guys who are always willing to help. Scott and Joseph are two who are always happy to help us. There are several others who help and unfortunately I do not remember their names. I will say everyone at this store is amazing!!

I love the Thomaston Home Depot. If needed I can usually find all I need w/o help, but if I do need help, most times I can find the help needed. Also, Doug Montgomery should be recognized for his personalization to his customers. He stays busy helping one customer at a time sometimes 2 at a time, he is very helpful, friendly & patient with us old folks. 2 thumbs up for this store & the employees

The Thomaston team does a great job! They are knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and professional. I especially like the way they handle online purchases of heavy and bulky items. It never requires more than 10 minutes to receive my online purchases; this includes time spent standing in line. Job well done, Thomaston team!

It’s a clean store, associates are available to he you find what you’re looking for. Checkout is always easy and usually fast.

Pick up a grill for christmas. Glad Thomaston had the one i wanted .Great price on grill at a very friendly and well stocked store..

Every time I go to the Thomaston Home Depot, I am always greeted kindly and asked if I need help or assistance. Our employees are very knowledgeable of their products and inventory location.
