Other than Home Depot appliance delivery I have always had an excellent experience with the Thomaston Georgia Home Depot.

We bought a utility trailer and was given outstanding service by Amy and George. We will be doing more of our shopping at the Thomaston, Ga location.

I was looking for a gift. The salesperson was very helpful. I got what I wanted and enjoyed my trip.

From the first time I entered the Thomaston HD I was amazed by the helpful and friendly employees that work there! Always friendly and willing to help in any way you may need. There is just such a great spirit in this store it is an absolute pleasure to come here. Thank you Thomaston HD folks for making a trip to your store awesome!!

I have been doing a lot of Remodeling and It's so Nice to have a Store Close by that can answer my questions and Help Me find the Stuff I'm looking for! Great Store!!!

Like the store and can always get help

Everything thing is fine except have to take weeks to get your products.

I bought paint a week ago the lady that helped me her name was Ronda. She was so helpless and nice .She made sure I had everything I needed for my projects

I always have a great experience in this store employees are always helpful and willing to help no matter what the job is. Sandy in hardware is so caring and giving no matter what I'm looking for she is always willing to help and is pleasant to be around it's hard to find people like that and this store has a gem having here there.

I had to go out of town to buy my new kitchen appliances because the store staff didn't care enough to help me. They do have some nice wall ovens on display but none are powered up so I could not see the display. Critical as I am vision impaired. I spent my $5000 budget at Riner's Appliances in Griffin. They were fantastic.

Thomaston Home Depot is where we buy all our appliances and have even had home remodeling done thru them. We’ve always been satisfied with our experience!

My husband and I drive 50 mins from Monroe County to shop at this hardware store. They have the most knowledgeable and friendly staff. They have excellent customer service. They don't avoid their customers. They purposefully engage them. They want to know what you need and how they can help. Other big box stores could learn from them. Every trip meets or exceeds expectations - from building a house to planting a garden- we will continue to use this HD!

Everytime I come here there is always a staff member to assist me with any questions or concerns I got. I will continue bring my business to this home depot.

I was looking for cinder blocks and wood for a home DIY project and Mrs Kathy and Mrs Angela from customer service were phenomenal with assisting me! If you shop here definitely look for them!!

If you need help with flooring or tile you need to speak to MERRI she went out of her way to help us. We wanted a certain color lifeproof flooring that wasn't available. So, we ordered a different color. After we left store, she called to tell us she kept looking and found the original one we wanted in a different pattern and switched our order for us. Also explained tile patterns and material to help us make choice for shower tile. Even pulled a variety of photo's showing different grout colors to choose from which helped us make that choice as well.

This is the neatest and most merchandiser Home Depot we have visited! It is always extremely clean and well stocked.

I bought creek stone rock for my garden and I'm so happy you had plenty in stock. I plan on buying more soon.

All the employees are always helpful, but Marsha makes sure you are satisfied before you leave the store.

I recently went looking for a hose to repair a water tank on a state truck. At first I was frustrated because all the hoses were the wrong diameter or the wrong length. As I was leaving, an employee stopped me and offered to help find the right hose (turns out they have rolls of hose that they can custom cut, which I had not noticed). Both the check out person who first assisted me, and the manager who got the hose down and cut it for me were very friendly, courteous, and helpful. I have always preferred this Home Depot to all the home improvement stores in Middle Georgia because the customer service is always so good.

The employees go above and beyond to help between helping us locate what we need and helping load the material we purchased. Overall a quick and easy trip with stellar customer service.

I always find everything I need and the employee are always willing to help if I need it.

I needed base boards and needed them cut to the right measurements. I ask two gentlemen if one could help me and they did quickly! I was really impressed with how professional and nice they both were. I was in and out in less then 30min.

Everyone was very kind and professional and they had exactly what I needed.
