I purchased a new hot water heater from my local Home Depot. Thanks to the associates there, I was able to purchase the material, ask the right questions, and install the water heater myself! I am a hero at home thanks to Thomaston Home Depot!

Every employee greeted us and ask if we needed any assistance. We were very impressed with this store.

All of the associates are friendly and helpful. Store is clean and well stocked; it's always a pleasure to visit.

I was met at the entrance by a frienly associate. She helped us locate the isle for our item. A helpful associate help us.

The Thomaston, GA store is a very friendly store (above all others). Associates DeWayne and Cordelle go above and beyond the realm of duty to help anyway they can. They are also very knowledgeable about the Home Depot products and even point out any specials you have in the store on the day of my visit. I really appreciate that. Good Job!!!

An associate courteously guided us to our requested department and went to get the associate who could best help us. She took time with us while being considerate of our time. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and most helpful. Both associates showed respect and regard for each other, which was refreshing.

From the minute my son and I walked through the door every associate was eager to help us find what we were looking for. We had several items on our list and with their help, we were able to get everything we needed.

We knew what we were looking for but did not know if Home Depot carried it or not. We ask a lady and she walked us back to where the product was.We were looking for 4-shelf racks to go in our basement. Home Depot had what we needed and we bought 2 of them.

The associates were very gracious, knowledgeable and helpful as they attempted to guide me in determining the lawn care, perennials plants and the feed and seed which I would need.

This store while serving a small community had home automation products that were not stocked in the larger community. The Electrical Sales Associate Steve and Dept Manager Steve were extremely helpful and knew the products. i would recommend this store if you live within 30-40 miles of it.

The emplyees are very helpful and friendly. Never have I had a bad experience. Each time the staff has helped with a search for an item or loading my purchase if need be.

Two associates gave us hands on help with our tile project which made our project at home a success! It's easy to see how our "do it yourself project" would have looked amateur without their expert advice.

I just want to give a special THANK YOU too two of your EMPLOYEES PAT & THERESA in gardening. I went there I like your store better than the one in Lagrange. But to have to have women load 200 landscaping block in my truck I thought was to much. I wanted the bricks and they said they could handle it and they did. Thank You Pat & Theresa. But now on the other hand I think it is very low of your store not to have men to load them. I'm not saying women should be any different than men but when you have a store full of men and yet they let women load the brick I think that is just not right and doesn't say very much for your store. I sure hope you give them a raise or at least a bonus for a job WELL DONE. Thank you lady's Wanda
