I am 74 years old female and wanted to get a cordless battery power chainsaw that a friend recommended. The neighbor recommended I come to this store because the other one I normally go to is not in a very good neighborhood and I don’t like to go when it’s dark or getting dark. So I felt much safer at this store. Also, the people were very helpful more than the store I typically would have gone to.

Got in. Went right to the artificial Christmas trees. Saw the one I thought I wanted. Evaluated all of the ones on display. Realized I loved another one when I saw it in person. Saved $100 with my revised choice. Found the box. Easy to carry grips that my son carried for me. Went to self checkout. Paid. Out the door and on my way with everyone happy!

This store has capable employees I love this to shopping at this location most of the times.

Waited 25 minutes to get a new deadbolt re-keyed and, despite two calls for him to meet me at the key station, he never showed. That really irritated me. I'll try another competitor next time.

I was educated by the staff at this location. On plants for our flower bed and we are loving what we bought and planted. Amy, Stephen and Ernestine was wonderful!

The Thompson Lane store in Nashville, Tennessee is the best Home Depot I’ve ever been in. It puts the other Home Depot’s in the area to shame. They have more things available. They have more knowledgeable staff. They have a Brazilian self checkout lanes. It is the best.

This was hands down one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had in years. The employees clearly didn’t want to be there — most were on their phones, avoiding eye contact, and giving the bare minimum when asked for help. When I asked where to find an item, I got vague and uninterested directions like, “uh…maybe down that aisle or that one.” It felt like I was bothering them just by asking. At checkout, the two staff at the front never looked up from their phones, didn’t greet or acknowledge anyone, and ignored customers entirely. The only employee interactions I saw were them chatting with each other and horsing around — not once engaging with the people actually shopping. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience stood out for all the wrong reasons. Management seriously needs to step in, because it’s sad to see a store run this poorly.

I was buying tile for my bath. The man who helped me was so attentive and careful that the product I was buying was in good condition. He checked each box to make sure no corners were chipped or cracked. The check out clerk was friendly and summoned a co worker to help me load. That employee was also very helpful and careful with my purchase. All three employees I had interaction with were extremely friendly, helpful and concerned that I was a "happy camper"

Above and beyond service

This particular Home Depot isn’t as customer friendly as the one on Moores Lane, but they tend to have more product in stock.

Bought plumbing supplies and had expert help. Doors replaced - special order and pro install. Appliances same story

This store has become a depressing destination. Staff is too busy or too burdened to offer customer support. Exterior of store is riddled with litter.

The labor pool in the area is dismal at best. I have back issues and can't lift bags of potti g spil and mulch. I asked for help 2x in the garden center...they paged but no one showed up. I called the main line of the store 2x times...no one showed up. The 3rd time I asked in the garden center, the cashier called for ANY available help. Soon, an Assistant Store Manager named Evan showed up and took care of everything. He even had a pleasant spirit. I offered a tip to him and he politely refused saying g he wasn't allowed. My experience with him redeemed the entire Home Depot visit. He's a great employee and very refreshing!!!

I found it next to impossible to find someone who had any interest in helping me

We've been looking for a specific color, style and size of a refrigerator for many days. Until yesterday, we didn't believe that the color, style and size combo that we desired existed in America. However, yesterday, with the help of Matt, we found it at Home Depot. So excited to have it delivered next week.

Love my Home Depot they bend over backwards to help me! Especially the Milwaukee Rep she is the best!

I waited more than an hour to get some help finding a washer to work with some existing screws. I looked up and down many aisles but no one could be found. The employees look like they are miserable, the overall interior of the store does not look as good as other HD stores. I will not go back to this store. I will drive 20 minutes to another Home Depot that has great help, nice employees and much more inventory. The garden center at the new store has a lot to choose from!

I have to shop here. I wouldn't if there was another choice. Most of the employees are on the phone, chatting with their pals, etc. Good luck getting any help.

Really busy store but is stocked and staffed well. Employees are ready to help (Which is good because I usually need it). I like the selection and pricing is very fair.

I was paying my bill and having trouble. The employee was very patient and friendly.

Excellent Customer Service

I was looking for a specific sink plumbing specialty repair tool and ask for help in the plumbing department. The gentleman walked me to where it was located. Very helpful and went out of his way to assist.

We went into the store to get an idea about washers and dryers and walked out owning both. Mary Kay gave us outstanding help in making comparisons and saving us money, besides being very nice!

the product I needed was welding wire all the welding shops were closed for the weekend . So Home Depot saved the day .

I am a construction buyer for the film industry. This location has been instrumental in helping us with our supplies for building and maintaining our sets for a new tv series.

No problem finding someone to help. Plenty of employees with orange aprons in the store. Every one was very friendly and happy to help me.

I had never used the item someone tole me would do the job I wanted to take care of and didn't know the location. I ask the employee in this area where I could find it and he told me and walked with me & pointed it out.

Plant vender Melissa was excellent in assisting me with finding the perfect plant and associate Mike was great as well.
