Complained that a broken self-checkout should be labeled with a piece of paper “out of order”. The attending employee said “Not my problem.” That leaves a lasting impression on me of the sort of staff and management at this location.

Black mulch really made my house pop

App claimed you had a large supply of 3/4inx16inx4ft MDF shelving in stock. When I arrive you had NONE and no other large size 3/4 MDF. Waste of time. Next time will go elsewhere

I regularly shop at the Home Depot on Powell Avenue, Nashville and the store has an enormous inventory and staff. My needs are easy to locate and if you have questions, the staff is always helpful.

I bought a refrigerator from Home Depot , was delivered , checked for visible damage before it was brought in my home and there was none. 3 days later I noticed it was sitting awkwardly so pulled it out from wall and looked underneath and the entire frame was bent and 1 wheel was bent sideways, it had been dropped by delivery somewhere, no one would ever think to get on the ground and look underneath. It was snuck into my house very quickly. I went straight to Home Depot with the photos and because it was a day past their 48 hour period they refused to do anything about it. Neither Home Depot or Frigidaire have taken any responsibility for it and I am stuck with a brand new damaged refrigerator. It has been a complete nightmare for 2 months trying to get it repaired and I am probably going to have to just buy another fridge but it won’t be at Home Depot . The worst customer service I have experienced in my nearly 70 years. Shocking

Me Mike was fantastic. He approached me asking to help. Led me directly to the tools I needed and introduced me to the supplier who happened to be on site. I left with a combo set at sale prices.

Richard in Kitchen Design is wonderful! Knowledgable, courteous, helpful. He designed our Kitchen, wet bar, and counter storage area. We used Kraftmaid cabinets, and Viatera and Cambria countertops.

I engaged with several very knowledgeable and friendly employees who obviously take their job very seriously and love to help people.

This store is always slammed busy. In light of that, I am very happy that whenever I go in, I do not have to wait around to check out. They are always quick, and efficient.

I continually am impressed with the team running the show in the garden area. It always looks great; they love what they are doing, and it shows.

This is my favorite store due to reasons that they normally have everything in stock compared to other home depot's.

The experience was not the greatest while in the store shopping however, come time to check out the cashier (Darline) helped the experience just by being friendly and nice. In a city like Nashville, where majority of the people are rude and inconsiderate it’s nice to know there’s still hope out there.

While looking for mini pine nuggets, I ask Edison a young man in that area of the store. If he could show me where the mulch I was needing was located. He not only showed me where it was, but he loaded four of the bags onto my cart, he then took me to where I could find a hose nozzle, and subsequently assisted me in locating loriope Plants. He then went With me to check out and helped me get my purchases loaded into my car. I felt like I was in a high-end boutique!

I left my iPad accidentally while checking out and the cashier Abram turned it in to management. Will shop here regularly!

No tap to pay, can't use phone to pay at store

Please get people to stop parking in the loading area!!! It is a problem every day.

We enjoyed spending time and shopping at Home Depot. The store are clean and customer service is the best!

We ran by the Home Depot off Thompson Lane late at night to get a reciprocating saw to remove dead shrubs. We were fortunate to be guided by the assistant manager named Ryan. He discerned our needs then discussed the pros and cons of each from his personal experience. Then when we chose one, he helped us pick a better blade for our task then he showed us how to install it.

We went to look at washing machines and Jack helped us get what we needed. Jack was wonderful, very knowledgeable, friendly and just brightened my day. I will go back to this store in the future just to see him and get his help.
