This store is my to go for any home improvement or garden neeeds. Some times is hard to find help specially if you need garden help. Another little thing is as soon as summr starts the AC is way to high, no need to be freezing while i am shopping tools, i am not a produce please turn it off or turn it higher :)

the whole point of this original review was to point out how impressed i was with Eddie in the power tool section. Outside of that my family and i are overly impressed with all of the aspects of this HD.

Extremely helpful Hal and Mark. Thank you both for being there at the right moment and the right time to help me which was 1/2 hr to closing time. I needed JUST a single piece of roofing material and wasnt able to locate it. You made it possible for me to purchase the material for my roof just hours before it rained.

This store is well stocked and the associates are extremely courteous and helpful.

Clearly they're in a cost cutting mode. I went to HD several days ago, and all of the checkouts now seem to be self service. They had several people helping (when you could get one of them), but they are definitely shifting that job to customers. That doesn't work well for me, particularly when there's no bar code or other issues and I have to wait for someone to decide to help me. And the prices are no cheaper now that they don't have all of those cashiers. Also, they also don't have enough people on the floor, and when you manage to corner someone they send you to somebody else because "it's not their department". What happened to Customer Service?

Three people helped me in the store all were great jean in hardware, joe in garden and especially clark who took care of both my returns and purchases

I love the garden center at this location. The garden center is always clean and tidy. Go when Kyle is working and he will make sure you find exactly what you're looking for. He is the best. He does it all with a smile.

MOST IMPORTANT TO ME WHEN SHOPPING IS THE ENTHUSIASM WITH WHICH I AM HELPED WHEN I ASK FOR HELP. THIS STORE HAS NEVER PROVIDED ANYTHING BUT EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM INTERESTED EMPLOYEES WHO STRIVE TO MAKE SHOPPING A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. THE STORE IS CLEAN AND ORDERLY AND WELL STOCKED.

This store has the most helpful & friendly employees & lots of them to help you find items. The store is clean & well stocked. I rarely wait more than a few minutes to checkout.

When comparing prices and items to buy Home Depot has better prices and more of a selection.

Great store! I'm from the Bay Area and the stores there are terrible and messy; this store is organized with friendly and understanding staff.

I like this store. When I went to get my Christmas tree, the fellow that did the trees was so helpful and courteous and hard working. You have a lot of nice employees at this store. You are especially fortunate to have this one though. Don't take him for granted.

I was looking for specific LED holiday lights that were previously in stock. I spoke to Nicole, a manager in Camarillo, who worked with the employees in the Thousand Oaks store to track down the product that I needed. Both Nicole and the employees in the TO store worked together to provide great customer service on a very busy Saturday. Great shopping experience and happy with my product purchase!

Cowboy Joe is an outstanding employee and super helpful. Everyone else is great as well.
