I always am able to get help in the store from employees.

I can count on the people who work at 3402 weather it is for finding things, advice, or help of any kind. No matter how busy they are, they will answer the phone and walk over to find or pick something for me before I drive there. No matter if it is on the hghest shelf, I can always expect fast courteous check out and help is offered for loading. Even if it is not in stock or online only, help is offered to order online there at the store! Located at Exit 20 off I 93, it is convenient to all kinds of other shopping and central to the Lakes Region of New Hampshire.

It is not a requirement that when you go shopping in ANY kind of store that associates have to be friendly, accommodating and the like. But I must say that shopping at the Home Depot is just that kind of experience.

We are renovating a home built in 1905, that requires multiple trips to this store as we begin another project. The home requires a lot of work, so far we have done all the electrical, plumbing, gas over, repaired walls , done some painting, landscaping, but we are far from done. We also purchased a new water heater, and a wood stove from this store, very happy with the quality and price of these appliances. Associates are very friendly, and fun, they are knowledgeable. Some even recognize us now when we go in since we have shopped every department we know many of them by face. We still have a lot to finish, and we will be buying the supplies from this store, the prices are normally lower then Lowes, but they have the same / better products.

Whenever I shopped in this store on my my home from work (Meredith, NH), I always got the helps I need. The associates are nice and much willing to help!

Almost never run out of the parts I need as a contractor. I can pass savings on to customers, just wish they had bigger store w/more related items to each Dept.

Each time we are doing a project the staff at this store are very helpful and we feel like they do their best to listen to what we want and need.

The Tilton employees are always very helpful to me. Last winter, one gentleman helped me with my heavy curtain hanging project by suggesting what size tube I would need to span 8 feet and handle the weight of my curtains. He cut the tubing and took care to buff the burrs off the edge of the tube. On one visit in June, 2016 I asked for help to find some plastic to put on the rug after cleaning to keep it fresh and clean during renovations. I had no idea what the product was called, the employee knew exactly what I needed and where to find it. Recently, a young lady wowed me with her help in the plumbing fittings aisle. I ALWAYS go to HD over the "blue store" because I know I will get good service and advice on my projects.

Great customer service. Helpful and knowledgeable store employees who went out of their way to help and personally loaded items into my car.

I was very happy with the help I received at the Customer Service desk. I placed an online order and one of the important items was not actually in stock. I drove over an hour each way to the Tilton store because it was the only store showing stock of this item anywhere in the area. The Customer Service staff were genuinely upset about my predicament and accommodated us fairly even though they couldn't provide us with the item we wanted. We left very happy with this store and will be doing business with them again.

I thought the hot dogs and hamburger grilling that was done on Memorial Day was a nice touch.

Great experience at the Tilton Home Depot. Why, then, would I state a policy needs revamping? "Nathan" was the most-helpful associate ever, moving awkward, heavy purchases into my vehicle. When I handed him a tip, he advised that they are not allowed to accept them. I was shocked. Why would Home Depot not allow their employees to accept gratuities? Else, a fabulous experience. Not sure I will continue to support a store that won't allow me to support the greater efforts of their employees.

The staff is consistently helpfull and cheerful, often going beyond to be of assisstence!

I told them what I needed, they brought me directly to it and then stayed to discuss the differences in brands and styles. Boom! Done!

I was greeted at the door on every visit by a friendly and knowledgable associate. the store is clean and all special displays are in season. Although the store is always busy with customers there is always someone available to assist if needed. There are never lines at the registers.

I went online looking for track shelving and brackets, and it looked like there were no brackets in store, so I was pleasantly surprised to find them on the shelf. I got all the supplies I need to build some shelves and closet in my daughter's room with the enthusiastic assistance of employees in Closets, Hardware and lumber. I know that the associates at HD will always help me even with my dumbest questions, and I will walk away with everything I need for a successful home project.
