Everything one would need will be here BUT you better know where it is and what you want because you will be challenged to find help.

If you want to meet a happy helpful employee go to this Home Depot in Timonium. I highly recommend it.

Mary, the customer service rep at checkout, is friendly, personable, and helpful. She even promised to get me out quickly so I would not be late for work. The tool bays are very well organized, and besides it is the only place that sells Ryobi power tools, my personal favorite for home projects.

Excellent hospitality from the staff.

I had to make several trips to the Home-Depot in Cockeysville over the Christmas holiday. On those occasions i was astonished at how I was continually ignored by its' staff. On my my first visit, i sought help from the Kitchen and Bath department. There were three people assisting one lady as I approached seeking assistance. While the lady talked and I stood waiting(approximately two minutes), not one broke away to assist or offer the customary" one moment sir". I will let you use your imagination as to the ethnicity of all parties involved.

NIce, clean friendly store. Love the food truck out front for breakfast or lunch.

This is one of the better stores in the area. Easy access in and out of the facility...with ample parking. Store is clean, well stocked and neatly stacked items. Also, it appeared well-staffed and help was immediate in the department I visited. My visit there was during a holiday week...nonetheless, it was quick, easy and painless...in and out in a matter of 5 minutes!

This store has a wonderful group of employees We have been assisted several times by Jeremy Fleming who is professional ,respectful and very helpful

Store is clean; aisles easily identifiable as to product. Most importantly, the salespeople I've encountered have been friendly, knew their products well-went above and beyond to google extra info if needed. Did not rush me. Gave me important info to help me make decision. Good amount of quality inventory on shelves.Good Prices.

Dave in the Lumber department was so patient and helpful. He helped me select the wood that was right for me for custom sized shelved. Then he cut the shelves for me! This was most helpful because I do not have a saw!. Because of the great customer service my project is now complete!

I was looking for a particular rug and visited Towson store after it said there was 1 online but they were out so went to Timonium store and found it in stock. Price was $10 higher than online however cashier asked if I wanted a home depot card - when I asked if it was a credit card she said no, so I asked if it was like a loyalty card and she said yes, and you'll be sent coupons from time to time. She said she'd give $25 off for signing up and take another $10 off to match online so that was good. However, it was asking questions like a credit application but I didn't fully realize until I finished. In the end I didn't mind so much since I got the discounts but I feel the cashier should have communicated better about it being a credit line.

Even more significant, as a contractor, I may drive past as many as five different Home Depot locations only to offer my business to this particular Home Depot. The store is always clean, well stocked, and the associates are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The GM Darrin Fiorini clearly dedicates his time and efforts into making this the best Home Depot. The list of exemplary employees at this location goes on and on… you will always be greeted pleasantly and professionally by their customer service team (Lisa, Mary, Coretta, Nicole, Ron - and more) as soon as you walk through the door. Tony and Art pretty much know everything you need in the paint department. Elliot goes way above and beyond anytime you need an appliance. Pro Desk - Amanda has you covered! Manager Rich always seems to be "on deck" making certain everything is running smoothly. The days of calling in an order to the Lumber Company seem to no longer exist. Fair pricing, plenty of stock on hand, and exceptional customer service has this old contractor passing that savings onto my long time clients - it is good business.

I had such trouble getting someone to make me duplicate keys, Customer Service finally summoned someone to make keys there was a line of men in front of me so after waiting patiently, the key maker abruptly walked off with another customer (man) who came later. He later said rudely when I asked him why he completely ignored me, that he didn't see me waiting right there next to him in line for 20 minutes for keys...what the heck! Am I invisible because I'm female? So rude.

The lady from paint desk was really kind and nice.

I would shop there if I believed I would find what I needed, but due to its size I wouldn't risk wasting time. I am accustomed to going into a homedepot and getting what I need, not ordering online or going to another location.

Casey Electrical associate, went out of her way to help my purchasing experience, once she found out the item I needed was out of stock until Dec, she looked on the web, called another hardware store in the area, to confirm that they had the product I was looking for, and gave me their address. Wow! great customer service. Bravo to Casey, job well done.
