These lawn and leaf bags are incredible, makes cleaning up my yard so much easier!!

I went to Home Depot with my mom and dad. My mom needed a spray bottle for cleaning oops off of the floor. (Don’t ask where the ‘oops’ come from) A really nice lady helped her find it. Then we went and bought a toilet. Cause they don’t have to go outside when they potty! That snow is cold on the tush so they are luuucky!! But back to the nice people at the store… They shopped for a few other things and I spent my time in the cart learning to behave when being greeted by strangers. I REALLY like getting to go inside with them. I saw this round thing on a desk and thought it looked like fun. My mom asked if it was for sale cause she said I had been so good I could have a treat. The people behind the desk said it was the last one and that I could have it. BEST DAY EVER!! My mom says it is polite to always say thank you so this is me, Oakley, saying “Thank you Home Depot”. P.S. If you get an indoor doggy toilet, let them know cause ya’ know snow on the tushy isn’t fun…

TRIED TO PURCHASE THE NEW R09891K MODEL BRAD NAILER FOR $179.00.. CAME WITH 1-BATTEYR AND 1-CHARGER.. THEY HAVE BEEN OUT OF STOCK FOR AWHILE. I CALLED MY LOCAL HOME DEPOT AND WAS TOLD THEY HAD THAT MODEL..WENT TO PURCHASE IT, AND CAME TO FIND OUT IT WAS THE B-MODEL(OLD VERSION).. THE OLD MODEL WAS TOOL ONLY AT $219.00 without battery and charger.

I was helped by employee named JR who had a badge that said he had 20 years of service at Home Depot. Wow! Impressive! That really says something about the company because JR was a knowledgeable and professional person so, if they have been able to keep him for that long, that is something… because he seemed like the type of employee you would want… professional, engaging and pro-activity trying hard to help you resolve your issue. Would of order from website but it wasnt working again. Had to go in the store. No one wanted to help. A month ago I went into HD and they went above and beyond helping me. This time not at all.

I just extremely impressed with every employee being so quick to ask if I needed help. They were all very cheerful and answered any question i hada.

Marie is a superb example of customer service, a skilled problem-solver. What was a delivery schedule mishap was pursued and solved by her. A true asset to Home Depot. Excellent service should never be taken for granted.

no registers were open when I was checking out, NONE. I did need help at the self checkout and there was an employee there to help. But to have NO open registers is ridiculous.

Hard to get help and then when you do they have a bad attitude like your messing up their day

Not happy as I still don’t have use of my dishwashe!
