Exceptional support and service to help me complete a project I started two weeks previously but the necessary item was not available at the time I purchased what I could and returned to purchase the items to complete the job. Sheri, the cashier, assisted by calling the necessary employees to retrieve the items from storage.

I had some trouble there to where i would never go back but the manager Cephas and asst Manager JR went above and beyond to make things right. My next purchase was a washing machine i called and Arielle and Susan had it ready to go and be loaded when we arrived. The two gentleman Erik and Nick were very respectful and helped load it.

I love shopping at this store, always friendly and try to help.

I needed a palet from the top shelf. The lift operator stopped what he was doing and immediately helped me. He had more pallets to put up but sat down the one currently on the forks and assisted me. The cashier seemed happy to be at work with an awesome attitude. You would have thought I was the boss paying them out of my pocket

My husband and I were very impressed with the teamwork of the employees at this store. If one worker didn't know where something was or didn't know the answer to a question we had, a worker nearby knew and was ready to help. John was the name of the person who helped us. He was so friendly and helpful, as well as being knowledgeable about the products.

The check out clerk Takara was rude and horrible. When we went to customer service to fix the mess up Marie was THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU COULD ASK FOR

Great service, been doing business there in Topeka for years. Always good experience they want you to leave happy. Very kind!! My Son owns his own stone CO. He always shops here. They all know him by first name. I'm from out of town but I love homedepot.

Went in today in not such a good mood I knew I was gonna spend a lot of money I didn’t want to. Walked in was helped right away the employees was more then helpful went above and beyond. I asked about price matching then they went way above what I was thinking walked out actually saving money in my purchase and even in a better mood will definitely return for all my needs

I bought a Husky 90"x90"x24" storage shelves. They are so sturdy and very reasonably priced for the quality, which is excellent! I was thinking about building shelves, but these are just a good and took only minutes to put together.

COVID has caused a lot of retail changes. On my visit January 3, 2022 I found Home Depot has not given up on their customers. Their employees were willing to do what it takes, when faced with adversity, to exceed our expectations!

The pro desk employees at my local topeka store are what keeps me shopping in your store instead of another Box store.

Went in late one evening looking for some assistance. Was greeted with a smile, and asked if there was anything that I might need help with. The employee listened to what I needed (was looking at propane grills) and was quick to make sure the one I was looking at would fit all of my needs.

Shopping today as a follow-up for a special that had come off sale just the day before. Found on line. Went to Customer Service...what a great helper in Elaena as she walked thru helping make a purchase, so many steps with such great patience and super problem solving. I could not have been more appreciative. The personnel make the reputation of any store and staff like Elaena help keep that reputation upscale.

Checkout lady Adriana always has a smile and a nice greeting when you come in and leave the store. She goes out of her way to make sure your checkout goes as smoothly as possible.

Each time I go into the Home Depot in Topeka, Kansas, the associates that help me, whether it is a sales associate, cashier, or someone at the Customer Service Desk, or a stock associate helping me out with my order, I am always shown kindness and quality customer service.

Taylor at Customer Service is a miracle worker and should be employee of the month - EVERY MONTH! She did an outstanding job of identifying the issue and fixing it like a champ!

The Topeka Store # 2207 is convenient to shop. I can always depend on Home Depot to have the items I am looking for either at the store or online ordering for store pickup! I found what I was looking for without much help provided from associates. The store is always clean and neat. Cashier Gloria was most helpful. Although she was trying to close the station, she stayed long enough to allow me to check out. She was very courteous and friendly. I would certainly recommend her!
