Everybody is very nice and always willing to help you in all of the departments. You never have to hunt for someone to help you and that alone makes this store stand out from others.

Had trouble purchasing a portable generator online and went to the store for help. Sales associate Tracy and Manager Shane were wonderful and solved the problem. They were great to work with and whole process was a pleasure rather than frustrating.

I went to home depot to get some electrical supplies for a home improvement project. Te associate who helped me knew where everything wa I was looking for, directed me and asked if I needed any further assistance. All items were in stock and just what I needed. The lighting display (track lighting)I looked at was very complete and helpful. I will return here for further project needs.

I found that the associates were friendly and eager to assist me with finding the items I needed. The Topsham store isn't my regular store, so I am not sure were all the items are, although the stores are similar they don't stock all items exactly in the same way. similar but there is differences from store to store. I usually make my purchases early in the morning and found that that didn't seem to matter there were associates ready to help and find what I needed even first thing in the morning. I will be visiting the Topsham store for a while longer and I am sure that the service will be great as it has been on my last few visits.

When I visited Home Depot this morning the store was busy in a very positive way. Associates were being helpful and everyone was in a good mood. I always appreciate the friendly and knowledgeable staff when I go to the Topsham Home Depot.

I found the associates in Topsham very knowledgeable in helping me with my purchase, in fact, one of them in particular was almost as excited as I was when be helped save me over 70 dollars on my makita combo kits

We had a wonderful experience buying a refrigerator at Home Depot - Chris was exceptional! He was very knowledgable and made sure the refrigerator met our needs and fit our space. Loren at the service counter was also a very helpful associate. They both went above and beyond to make sure our experience was the best it could be. I frequent the Topsham location. One thing I enjoy about My Local Home Depot is that the staff are real people whom open and honestly provide opinion and assistance. They dont come across as just being there to collect a paycheck. Small town service from a 'big city' 'box store' is hard to come by. Keep up the good work.

Over all I consider the staff family and I receive very good treatment while shopping. The store is clean, well lit, and relativity quiet for a hardware/building supply store.

It is nice to walk into a store and have a friendly face greet you and be knowledgeable of your products. I was in a hurry (in the middle of a project) and needed direction to a few items I did not have on hand at home. The Associate immediately directed me to the proper isle. I appreciated her quick service attentive service.

Joyce in appliances was awesome! She painstakingly helped us pick out the appliances we needed for our remodel. We had a lot of questions and concerns and and she addressed each one. She even recruited Al to help answer some questions and he helped us pick the stove to match our needs. We went in not sure we would end up buying and came out with all our appliances and no regrets! Very knowledgeable staff!

The Topsham Maine store is a gem. Everything is readily available and if you cannot find what you are looking for, someone will be right over to help. It is one of the easiest stores I have ever shopped, and I do not like shopping. But my son and I love going to Home Depot.

I am wanting to repaint my home. I required assistance because I wasn't sure where to begin in the process. I want to say that your employee, Lisa, was quick to assist me. She was very friendly and had a lot of knowledge in the subject. She helped me find the perfect paint colors I wanted with ease and gave me plenty of ideas and tips. The checkout service was also very quick and friendly (sorry I can't remember the name). I greatly appreciate the service and plan to shop here more.

I found what I was looking for right away and also picked up some batteries and LED light bulbs I didn't come to purchase, but would have a need for in the future.

Ellen in Kitchen is just amazing! If you need a kitchen design, see her. My kitchens (yes, plural) come out looking very custom because she knows the nitty gritty about the manufacturers offerings. I've ordered whole kitchens, cabinets for built-ins, replacement parts, etc. AND--she's great when I have my kiddo in tow for consults.

Brunswick/Topsham used to be military towns and HD has hired a lot of retirees or former service members. It does make a difference as most of us know each other. Most associates especially the former military will go out of their ways to make recommendations and advice. This makes a big difference and gives you the feeling of what America used to be decades ago, at a time when you got "personal" service from the next door store. I highly recommend HD for their service and personal approach to taking care of clients, Sincerely, L

I love the Home Depot! I so prefer it over Lowes! Everyone is always so helpful! I will be back today or tomorrow for 12 more 4x4 pressure treated posts to finish my fencing project on my farm!

My husband and I have home projects, indoors and out, going all the time. Home Depot is our store of choice when it come to getting the supplies we need. Very rarely do we need to look elsewhere. Everyone is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable when we need help with a project or finding materials. Thank you!
