Found everything I needed.

I am always impressed with the friendliness of the employees at Trussville. I was greeted by several employees and asked if they could help me find something.

I had been trying to find a 5ft ulta poseable led skeleton for almost 2 weeks. Got to the store and Frank the sales associate went above and beyond to help me find it. He opened pallets he was putting out and didnt once lose his smile and was happy to assist. There needs to be more associates like him!

Manny the customer service representative was very helpful patient kind and understanding. He ordered an online order instead of telling me to do it myself. Thank you for your assistance.

I purchased WYZE FLOODLIGHTS on 7/29/23 and they were just what I needed complete my home project I was working on.

We recently had to buy a couple of portable air conditioners. Everytime we go to Home Depot, there is always someone greeting you or asking if you need assistance. If you do ask someone for help they always seem happy to help. This shows so proufoundly because so many places have lost good customer service and make you feel like they are doing you a favor to even help. Not at the Trussville store, from Management to customer service to floor sales, everyone is eager to assist you. Always makes us want to come back!

I purchased 9 bags of mulch. The cashier was already aggravated with me because I didn’t bring them to the register because I thought they were in the parking lot, and she had to look them up for the bar code. Then, I accidentally loaded the wrong kind. It was 100 degrees outside so I did not want to have to unload them and then reload the right kind so I asked if I could just pay for the kind I had loaded and I would just get a refund for the kind I paid for. She said no. So, I returned to were the mulch was kept and unloaded the incorrect mulch and then reloaded the right kind. While I was doing this the cashier, who did not offer to call anyone to help me told my wife “if he had just paid attention to what he was doing he wouldn’t have to be doing this.” I realize the mistake was mine however she could have offered to get me some help or just said she was sorry I had to do this but no. Lowe’s, the day before offered to load 3 bags of mulch for me and even gave me a free bottle of water out of her own cooler. If I had just gotten enough from Lowe’s the day before I wouldn’t have had to do that.

My 20 year old John Deere L118 riding mower was due to be replaced but I was reluctant because of the difficulty getting help with the purchase in a big box store . I bought the L118 at Home Depot and am glad they still sell John Deere. This turned out to be a hassle free purchase. Well done.

I have visited several of the Home depot stores and the associates are always helpful. This store did not disappoint. I have recently moved in the area and this will definitely be my store!

Working on remodeling my home, this store is my Go-To shopping location for everything.

As a 30 plus year Big Box retired Store Manager I look around to and see things other customers may or may not notice. But what everyone notices and will find to be happening at our Home Depot in Trussville , Alabama are the following. 1.) A parking lot that is clean, shopping cart free so you can park, empty trash cans, clean side walk, items on the side walk priced, watered and organized. 2.) You will be greeted by friendly associates either first on the parking lot or when you walk in the store. 3.) You will find shopping cart ready for use without having to hunt one down. 4.) There will be friendly team members throughout the store to help you with your shopping need. They actually smile and greet you. Then believe it or not they still say " May I help you find something" they dont hide from you like the other place. 5.) You will find at Trussville , Al. Home Depot full counters so you can get what you came to buy as will as special items through out the store you did plan to buy but get anyway. 6.) Then finally the checkouts. I always use the self checkouts being a ole Cashier Supervisor once upon a time. But the team member there also greets you and then makes sure you are doing fine. So Great Job to Store Manager Christina Scott and her team at Home Depot in Trussville, Alabama. I have always loved and shopped the trussville location...all staff have been very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful!

Carita is awesome casher in lumber and sometimes these people are not looked at as good as they should be. Thanks

the lady in counter tops lied to me and cheated on the amount by 4 sq feet i canceled it and was charged 200.fee fot coming out and measuring a bathroom vanity top ordered somewhere else about half of there price same quartz top

The store is great! There are so many workers who are eager to help! They have so many workers that are very knowledgeable and all of the areas and anyone can direct you on who you need to talk to if they may not know about that specific area overall, we will from now on the using the Home Depot!

Home Depot's outsourced installation and delivery vendors are monumentally and consistently horrendous!!! My husband and I purchased a hot water heater on Dec 31, 2022. And in spite of the "installation within 24-hours" signage throughout the store our install was scheduled to Jan 12, 2023 and then rescheduled to Jan 18, 2023 without any explanation!

Anyone who lives in the area knows about the smoke from the dump fire. I went in to buy an air purifier and the associate was very helpful and even recommended one that was cheaper because he had it at home.

Well stocked selection of products. A very pleasant shopping experience. I will use this HDlocation in the future.

Being a 30 plus year Big Box Store Manager I have to stop and give a hats off to My Home Depot in Trussville Alabama. This team has it going on for the Holidays Season 2022. Just when everyone is out of stock , has no associates to help you or has raised the prices out the roof our Home Depot has allowed this to happen. From the time you drive up on the lot you will find a clean parking lot with a neat side walk inviting you into the store. Next upon entering you see the Season of the Holidays in bright array . Our Trussiville location lets you know Home Depot is not only a Home Good store but also a place to meet you seasonal buying needs. From Christimas Trees to Talking Grinches . The team here hasnt let the extra work of preparing for the Holidays take away from their basics either. The counters are neat , clean , organized and stocked. When their competitors are just the opposite claiming it is due to staffing issues this team has been able to pull together a pretty good staff of associates and managers. From the customer outside looking in we just want to say thank you for letting us know thing are still going to be ok. Thank you for you friendly customer service and your drive to make things happen. Keep up the good work . It does not go unnoticed.

The associate Denzel made my shopping for bathroom products a breeze! His attitude was exceptional, especially in this climate! He was asked by another associate to assist me and he didn’t hesitate! What I truly valued most, was his smile, he was happy to help me!! And when I checked out María was the ice cream on my cake!!! Thank you Home Depot for a great shopping experience!!!

The amount of kind and helpful associates that was encountered in just one shopping trip was a breath of fresh air. Thr store was nice and organized, and the people were really great.

I walked in Home Depot and was greeted by "Flame". Flame helped me with my return and my exchange. I also had to pick up an item and Flame helped me with that also then she help load the item in my car. This is what I call great customer service. Thanks Flame!!!
