Jared and the girl with the multi color hair in appliances are a dream to work with. They understand people trying to save money. They are honest and patient. However, the manager there on Black Friday at 10 was rude and simply put a jerk. If I had work with him I would have went to Lowes and paid more

I love coming here for all my home improvement supplies. Spend the last two months buying things to fix up the new home that I just bought. Every time I come in here they provider super friendly services and price are fairly less then their comparatives.

The customer service here is consistently great. The staff seem to enjoy working here and they take their store and their product seriously. Anytime we've had questions--and that's a lot--they've been answered with care and consideration. I've never been talked down to by male associates at this store, which can sometimes happen. I always leave feeling like I've gotten what I needed and that the shopping trip was stress-free and productive.

The store employees are outstanding. Customer service & pro-desk excellent customer service. I would like to see the store placed in another location. Accessibility to the store can bee difficult. The HD store is at the far end of the lot. There is only one main entry to the shopping center. The center can be very crowded and it is difficult to maneuver when pulling a trailer.

The garden depsrtment had exactlywhatt I was looking for,was very friendly very helpful was Very knowledgeable.

The management in this store is superb, the store manager Ryan has a great team of managers: Suk, Frank, Johnny, Patrick and Brian are the ones I have dealt with. Associates are well versed in their departments as well, from Dave at the Prodesk, Mike and Andrea in Hardware, Joey and Cherie with doors, Carey, Adam and Terri in paint, to Paul, David, Larry and Steve in Electrical and Dave and Florencio in plumbing. I have yet to encounter a better team to make shopping here easier. Even Mykelle and Jennifer in the kitchen design and Esmeralada the head cashier along with Tonya and Colleen in customer service all are willing to help customers and if they don't know the right answers they will find you someone in the store who does. In 20 years of living in the United States and shopping at Home Depot, and other hardware stores from New Hampshire to Nevada, this is Hands Down the best hardware store and Home Depot I have ever shopped at. I would not go anywhere else with my business.

Went to this store looking for something specific and could not find it until employee stopped where she was going and showed me what I was looking for and looked through the box to find me the best in the bunch. She did not have to do that, could have left it up to me but stayed with me until I was sstisified
