Associates are always very friendly and helpful at this location. I have only shopped here three times, but at least 4 associates have stood out to me with their awesome customer service!

I am always greeted and associates always willing to help. When I need help with special orders, the associates are above reproach.

Everyone at this location is super friendly! I go here often and each time I see familiar faces which is great since a lot of retail stores have a high turn over. A few of the employees even remember me and ask how my projects are, what project I'm doing next, and photos for my completed projects. They also give insightful advice and great suggestions.

The employees were very helpful. Joey in Mill Works is very knowledgeable and goes beyond the call of duty to assist his customers. Joey assisted me with a door purchase and searched his list of vendors until he was able to find one to custom make the exact door I wanted! Joey replaced a screen for me and explained what he was doing, the complications that might arise and what he would do to correct it. Thank you Joey for the excellent customer service!

We shop at this store at least once every few weeks. Most of the time the employees are super helpful and kind.

The store was clean and easy to navigate. I was unable to find a store employee that was in the department I was at looking for but the department I was looking for stuff in was more of a miscellaneous section. Thank you for providing the tools we need.

I was greeted by a staff member at the entrance who directed me to the aisle I needed. Once I got there another staff member greeted me and assisted me in finding the item I needed.

I am happy to have this store close to my home so I can shop any time I want.

The only thing I wish it was a little bigger and more products.

You will never find a more helpful and amazing store anywhere in Sacramento. The staff goes out of their way everytime! Make an effort please to fill out the surveys. It's a gift to every associate!

Found exactly what I needed in well organized aisles.

Long time frame between initial consult and final work completion for a simple door install. Lot of internal delays.

Generally this store was clean and well organized. Most of the people working there know their departments well but much less so about other departments, but they will at least send you in the right direction.

The home depot store was clean, the Home Depot associate was very courteous In assisting me to return an item I had previously purchased.

I went to Home Depot not 100% sure what I was going to get. The store associate, Robbie, in the Lumbar department made me feel at ease and made my shopping experience there 100 percent better. He assured me of my purchase and even double checked the lumbar that i bought there, which he cut. Excellent guy with great customer service skills. I think Robbie should get an employee of the month award.

Walked right in to the appliance section and within 10 seconds I was asked if I had any questions. The customer service I received was top notch. I was in and out with a new washing machine and still got home before the second half of the Super Bowl! Could not be more pleased.

Far above and beyond-made buying that large ceramic pot much easier than I expected!

I went into the store to buy flowers and some other items, I saw that they had a bbq smoker on sale for almost one third the original price, a very good name brand, the sales person was so very helpful and helped me to purchase this item and was so very pleasant to work with, I really did enjoy Home Depot today.

For Northern Sacramento,this is my preferred spot to go. The workers are always friendly, tend to be more knowledgeable than people I've encountered at other locations,and the wait times are usually pretty good.
