Associates are always helpful and courteous. Store is clean, uncluttered with items usually easy to find. If not, the associates always point me in the right direction. :-)

SALES ASSOCIATE WAS HELPFUL BUT DO NOT TRUST WHAT THEY ALWAYS SAY... IF THERE IS A REBATE, MAKE SURE YOU KNOW FOR SURE THE PRODUCT IS COVERED BEFORE PURCHASING. I WAS TOLD CERTAIN PAINTS WERE ELIGIBLE FOR THE REBATE BY THE ASSOCIATE AND THEY ACTUALLY WERE NOT; HIS COMMENT TO SOME OF THE PAINTS I PURCHASED STATED IN FINE PRINT THEY WERE COVERED. WHEN I SPOKE TO THE MANAGER ON DUTY A FEW DAYS LATER, HE DIDN'T SEEM INTERESTED IN RECTIFYING THE SITUATION...

The Greeter was very helpful in getting us right to the department we were looking for. We had researched the item we needed and the availability and we just needed to get to the location of the Kitchen Faucet department. The check out was really pleasant and our experience was happy and reasonably fast. Thank you.

I was immediately greeted, and asked if I needed any assistance. I was directed to my section, plumbing. The boxes were labeled well, I was looking for a part my husband sent me to get. I found it quickly and checked out via your self service, an associate assisted me as I did not know how to complete my transaction. Thank you, for realizing how important customer service is!

We love this store. We will come here before driving around the corner to the "other guys". Good Job!!

The store was well stocked and I was able to find what I needed in a timely fashion while the check out associates were efficient and had a great attitude.

I usually go to a lot of different departments in the store. Always impressed, with the associates, how fast they find a product and are willing to help.

I wanted to buy some fiberglass insulation. I priced different stores online and Home Depot had the best product, according to the customer reviews, and the best price - even over the lesser products at the other stores. That saved me a lot of time driving between stores. Saved me the cost of gasoline too.

All was well just didn't receive the help I was accustomed to

I was greeted by associates I knew. Jerek helped me find filters for my water pitcher. Ted helped me find the scrubbing pads, Sherrill made me a key & Chris W. asked if he could assist me with anything in the paint department.

Rick in mill works is amazing - The loading staff is great too! We recently went in to purchase all the items we needed for a full home remodel. We got interior/exterior doors, electrical supplies, plumbing supplies, trim, and other misc items and we left with 7 carts full of materials. Rick helped us locate all the items and helped make us feel appreciated. When it came time to check out and load our trailer it was very easy.

Every one is always friendly and helpful, never takes a lot of time getting what I need and getting out and on my way.

I always enjoy a visit to Home Depot. I like checking out the new products and get ideas on how I want to make improvements on our home. The associates are knowledgable and helpful.

In the process of finishing my shop I needed to insulate, sheet rock, tape, texture, and paint it after running the electrical, etc. through the walls. Each time I went to the Home Depot, I located the materials I needed and on the few occasions I needed assistance or questions answered, there were assistants there to help. At checkout, I enjoyed the military discount I receive as a "thank You" for the 20+ years I spent in the Air Force protecting our American way of life.

Always great service and helpful associates. Helpful and always friendly. Knowable about products.

What a messy store...looked like they were closing for good.

All associates were extremely helpful. When asked they would immediately stop what they were doing and answer questions and personally took us to the area we were asking about. The check out lady was enjoyable to talk to and very helpful. Overall it was a very good experience.

It was a nice trip to Home Depot today because of the fact that what I needed was close to the cashier and made it a quick in and out trip!!

The store is a mess and no one wants to help you. When you find an employee & ask them questions, their knowledge of products is terrible.

I asked where a few products were and the employees knew exactly where to find them.

The store was clean and products are always easy to find. The associate that helped us was great.

Every time I visit, I am always satisfied. Juan in the Front is very friendly and helpful. A few other associates that are great are Kate, Brent, Anisa, and Chloe. The store is clean, most associates are knowledgeable and resourceful. Great store overall!
