I went into the Home Depot in Ukiah to get the necessary materials to install concrete siding on my house. I was told by one of the employees to talk to a certain gentleman. He was amazing! He new the products. He new exactly what I was trying to accomplish. He helped me order everything necessary to do the job. He was patient, respectful, and very good at his job. I'm a plumbing contractor. I don't know much about siding. I was very confident that when we were done ordering the necessary materials that I had exactly what I needed!

Cashiers act as if customers are a nuisance and an inconvenience. Shop at Friedman’s for better prices and service.

I want to acknowledge Trina Dawn for the excellent job she did helping me design and order the cabinets for this kitchen project. She was patient, helpful, knowledgeable. I would like to emphasize patient.

I do everything as far as residential and commercial construction is concerned. My local HD is all I need.

We had to replace our guest bedroom carpet due to a flood problem Eric in the carpet department was simply fantastic. Knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Made the entire process easy. The gentleman who came to measure the room, Jerry, was also fantastic. Gave me some great suggestions to get the room ready for the layers. Couldn't ask for any better service. Just simply incredible.

About 13 years ago I bought a top down bottom up blind. It finally broke and I walked right into the exact same place I bought the first one. Talked to the guy by flooring and got the exact same one on sale. Thanks HD

When we go to Home Depot and Ruben is there he makes our shopping and finding stuff so much easier. Thank you Ruben for the top notch service you always provide it's why we are loyal to Home Depot.

Service was great and very efficient

I needed two copies of a house key made with the sturdy hardware. Robert took me over to the machine and made them both smoothly and quickly and with fun conversation. Kevin at checkout was really cool and professional as well. I’m recommending my family and friends have their keys made there with the sturdy material instead of the flimsy aluminum type.

I needed to quickly purchase a new water heater and Derek in Plumbing helped me get the right equipment quickly and loaded it into my truck very quickly. Courtney in Customer Service helped me with getting everything purchased quickly and effeciently. Both were also very nice to me in my panic!

Had the best help from Eric Applequist the Flooring Specialist. He was patient and helpful and respectful when I was having issues with a company purchase, I was making.

I visited the Ukiah store every day this week and while I hate the drive ( I live in Kelseyville, 90 miles away). All of the employees I had the pleasure of dealing with made the trip very much worth while and greatly reduced the aggravation of the drive. Every empoyee I dealt with was eager and to help me and please me. I cannot say enough good things about my experiences this week in the Ukiah store.

Was really impressed with the availability of their roses and how fragrant they are. The cashier Cody was nice.

Bought a pole saw I needed, great product! Satisfied with the experience there. Great customer service from a young man named mark.

The people that bring in the plants on Tuesday are awesome, I always find something I don’t already have and cannot resist adding to my collection. Also Cody did a great job in the garden center helping me find the pool supplies and buying two or more got me a great deal over one on the boxes of pool shock for the Home Depot brand.

For being a large "box store chain", this store has employees that truly enjoy working there and have pride in what they do. It feels like going to a "mom and pop" business. If you have questions regarding exactly what you need, I have found the employees to be knowledgeable about the products. They take the time to listen and try to help you solve your improvement and or repair.

Cody helped me find a rare plant that was hard to locate. And helped load dirt on my cart. The people that work in the garden center are super friendly and they always have a lot of wonderful plants.

Service, employees always friendly and we can always find what we need.

My last trip to Home Depot was great! A mature man greeted me before I came in the door asking if he could help. He was willing to take me to the product I wanted. Later another man helped me look up where I could find something the store doesn’t carry. Wow! Then Ruben, the first man, helped me quickly get checked out and put the very heavy items in my car. Excellent customer service! And if you ever need help in the Garden Dept. find out what days Kathleen (?) works. She is VERY knowledgeable and helpful!
