Yesterday, 14 November 2022, the employee in the Garden Shop took time to assist me with setting up my account on the Home Depot app. I’m so grateful we continue to have people willing to go above and beyond what is reasonably expected of them. Great prices on flower bulbs - 50 percent off.

This young man stoped what he was doing to help me when I asked for help. I usually get “it will be a few minutes before I am done” or something of that manner. He was friendly and willing to help, you don’t see that much in most of your Home Depot anymore.

Failed to provide veteran discount as they have in past through app or in person, even with proof available to them.

For the most part when I come to the store I don't really get spoken to or there's hardly anybody there to help me even know employees are walking all around the store. For today's visit I was looking for a particular item where it said you had 16 of those items on the shelf and unfortunately like most trips to home Depot and your competitor it doesn't always match up with what's actually on the shelf. In this case they were no items of that kind on the shelf which kind of forced me to make a decision if I wanted to spend more for one particular item or go to another home Depot. Mark who assists to be with finding the items which we didn't actually find put together a three pack of the same item and charged me the same price as if I bought one of the 16 items that were supposed to be on the shelf. He took me over to the registers and introduced me to Tyler who at my check out was going to help me with this process to make sure that I was charged the appropriate amount. Tyler was very helpful and friendly in this process and it made this experience unlike others a very pleasant one.

I have been looking for Zevo flying insect trap refills at this store for over two months. Inventory says you have it in stock, gives location, but not there. A check with Associates and no body can find it.

I had purchased an item online and was able to return it to the store without any problems. The associates in the store were helpful and friendly.

The Evertbilt Utility Pump to drain my fountain will be used for years to come.

1 year ago I only went into this store if I could find things on my own. No I prefer going into this Home Depot over many of them in the area and I travel to alot of them

Found item I was looking for on-line, the system said it was available at this location but when I got there, quantities at the store are not the same as shown on-line.

This store is the only Home Depot that we frequent in our area.

We went shopping with a project in mind but we did not know what kind of material to use. After we explained what we wanted to do, the store personnel took us to the product that turned out to be exactly what we had in mind. We are happy with our purchase and are anxious to see the finished project.

Every time I start to think that Home Depot is improving, they seem to fail miserably again. The last visit was for lumber and no one was willing to get a fresh pallet of 2x4x8’s to replenish the shelf area with only 7 damaged ones. There were plenty of associates standing around to say Good Morning but few were replenishing shelf inventory.

You're honestly better off driving a longer distance to get to one of the other store locations
