I arrived thinking I'd have to buy another new drill and left knowing how to use the one I had. Magic Mike was very knowledgeable took the time to answer all my questions and to show me how to use my drill. His customer service skills are top notch!

I went into my local Home Depot to purchase a water heater. John and Brian were extremely helpful in assisting me in this purchase. Not only did they take it to the cashier, but they loaded it into my vehicle. Great job!!

Even though it is a little further for my location, I prefer this store for selection and service. My cashier Lisa was very good, and quick. She saved me some money too.

I had a large list of things I needed and I use a wheelchair and many of the things I was looking for were hard to reach. Katie walked the store with me and helped me pushing my cart for me and was absolutely fantastic. She made it easier on me physically, she got my shopping done quicker than I could've if I wasn't helped and she was very pleasant throughout. Thank you Katie!

I was looking for an item and the associate greeted me and asked if she could help. The seasonal item I was looking for was about out of stock. The associate located the item above on the storage shelves. She then got a ladder and climbed up and got me the item. Her assistance didn't stop there. She asked if I was ready to check out and she carried the item to the check outs for me. Her name was Katie H.

I asked for the veteran discount and was lectured by the lady at checkout!

On a recent visit to Home Depot we received great customer service while checking out. Sale cashier Liza - 2115 00061 81721 offered to help me with signing up for credit card and explained what that would do for me with my purchase that day. She was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. Made my day!

We've been shopping at this Home Depot for many years. The paint department is excellent and all the employees are kind and easy to work with! We love this Home Depot!

The wrong washing machine was delivered and after 8 hours on the phone we were told too bad! The store manager (benjamin) was even too much of a coward to even talk to us on the phone and made someone else tell us. It was their error yet I am stuck with something I don’t want or didn’t order. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. I will never buy anything from Home Depot again.

I purchased 150 bags of mulch (3 van full of 50 bags) from the Urbandale store. Each trip we had 3-5 employees there to help us to load the van. Last year I went to a competitor in Grimes and I asked for help each time I entered the yard, never seeing an employee. A special thank you to Dustin, Edward and Bree in the Yard and Garden Center!!!

Steve T. In appliances is very knowledgeable and helpful. Home Depot has a great selection of appliances, many brands, several packages, financing if needed and fast delivery. I would definitely recommend for anyone shopping for appliances!
