So pleased to find, on a very busy Saturday, many customer service associates available and happy to assist customers!

We bought all of our vinyl plank flooring here and all of it was loaded for us by friendly employees!

Happy with the employees

I bought a LG double oven range. The item was available for a quick delivery even though it was on a sale promotion. It had a 7.3 cubic foot double oven. 30 inch stand along range.

Brian greeted me within minutes of my arrival in the window coverings area. He was very helpful in picking out what I needed. He also was able to make contact to get measurements done quickly. Thanks to Jeff also for getting out so fast to measure.

I went in and needed help finding something. The employees where all very helpful and kind.

We knew what we wanted and Wayne did everything to help us out. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He even called us a few days later to say he was still trying to get a phone number changed. That goes above and beyond!

I bought a Husky workbench shipped to store, since I'm almost 2 hours away I called and Jerome took the time to take my number, go down and verify that everything was there and not damaged because the pickup instruction email had said "part of your order is ready" which was in error. Jerome called me back and outlined each piece he checked was there and not damaged

It is rare in this day in age to come across employees that seem enthusiastic about their work and congenial with their customers. This particular day, I spent about $1400 dollars on some cabinets and these guys treated me like I was spending $20,000 not that it should matter in the least but it was refreshing nonetheless. My order required they use a machine to retrieve them from upper shelves and they executed it flawlessly, on time and safely. You don't find employees like this very often and in my experience, having managed larger numbers of employees over the years, guys like this, are valued and that means additional compensation and benefits. Show them they are valued, keep them doing what they do best in my humble opinion. That is all I have to say about that.

I have confidence in Home Depot staff. They are genuine and professional Employees were customer oriented

I was just in the store this weekend to get paint to refinish my end tables. Brandon helped me find all the materials I would need and answered all my questions with patience and a smile.

The Customer Service at this store is A+. Even if they are busy, they will make time to assist you. A+++

This store stands out among other Home Depot’s because of the helpful, friendly and knowledgeable employees. It’s always clean and it’s always easy to find what you’re looking for or find someone to help.

Convenient location, well stocked and friendly, knowledgeable staff, this HOME DEPOT In Urbandale, Iowa, is a real plum!

The store was a wonderful place to shop. It’s clean and staff are courteous and very helpful. I would suggest this store to anyone shopping for their home. I will return to the store in the future.

Great customer service by Wayne in the appliance department. Very knowledgeable and could answer any question of multiple brands I had questions about, or he would offer to look it up online. This store is doing well with service on many visits.

We prefer to travel a little further to visit this Home Depot location because there are always plenty of employees and they are willing to assist.

I had a great experience shopping at this store, because of the help I got from Jarid Krugler. If you needed someone to help you pick out a door, ask for Jarid!

I had 2 gentlemen helping me and both went over and above to help me purchase a gas grill and helped me load it in my car after having to disassemble part of it so it would fit into my car. Very nice, patient and professional.

Shop at this store. You won’t be disappointed in the service, cleanliness, friendliness and quality. Everyone went beyond the call of duty to help me in every dept. that I shopped in. Very knowledgeable about the products. Was able to find everything I needed.

No one ever offers to help - I always have to go find someone which is not easy, employees have a tendency to look at you, stop and go the other way to try to avoid you (this is what I have experienced). Auggie was very helpful today - he went above and beyond. The only reason I said I would recommend this store is because it is the closed home improvement store

Store would not honor the military discount because my active duty husband was not present which really goes against what the discount is for. I was told that unfortunately it’s a corporate decision. Cashier was very short with me and rude. Going through deployment is tough on families and I feel this location was not sympathetic in anyway. After spending thousands of dollars over the years at this location while my husband was home, I will not be back because of the way we were treated while he was deployed.

Always darker then it should be in some areas, the floors, ceiling fans, and some products are covered in dirt and dust, some being expired. On multiple occasions I’ve overheard employees, once even a manager, talking crap about who I’m assuming to be other employees from what I heard, out in the aisles or with open doors. Their front end is always crowded and the main aisles are almost never clear.

I have been shopping at the Urbandale Home Depot for along time and always find the employees very helpful and friendly. I use Tina at the Pro Desk because she is so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I will wait if she is not available because she goes the extra mile with a smile.

This is a wonderful Home Depot store and we are so fortunate that it is the one that is closest to our home. The people here are very helpful and friendly. They always have the items that I need and I really enjoy shopping here.

We have always had great experiences at this store! We just purchased 4 appliances and the Sales Associate made it a very easy process and they were on sale! Thank you Urbandale Home Depot.
