Great store and well organized

Home Depot's .49 per square foot installation is a sham. I got a price for the carpet, including 0.49/sq for installation ,which fit the budget for the job. I paid $35.00 for them to measure, and when I got the quote, they added a ton of charges for padding which I didn't need and was very clear to everyone along the way, I had a new pad already down. They refused to install unless I agreed to their shady up charges.

Everything that I have bought at Home Depot I am very satisfied with. If there ever was a problem they are quick to respond and fix the issue. I wish they never left Rome NY because I love their merchandise!

Never do a special order with this store. You will get nothing but the run around. Trying to reach the pro desk is impossible and you can reach the pope much easier. The vendor cancelled my special order because they thought there was an error and no one bothered to try to contact me. After about 5 visits to the store, they straightened it out. It took about 3 weeks of being told they were working on it.

I recently had a hardwood flooring project with Home depot. The measuring person came in took the measurements and said everything looks fine. I was provided an estimate and I accepted the project quote . All the material was shipped to my home with in a month , however the delivery guy refused to place the material inside my home , so had to place in the garage. But when the installtion guys came in to do the installation, they said that hardwood cannot be installed because the subfloor in not even at some places. I was shocked as this was a surprise to me as none of the Home depot guys told me before. They gave some other option to install vinyl flooring , and finally I had to cancel the project. So after spending 1 months time I was back to zero , This was such an disappointment for me that in future I would not trust Home depot on what they say and claim.

So grateful for the time and expertise that Jake shared with me and my mom regarding a new refrigerator option!

I would love to see more staff to work with customers , at 1:00 pm I am a diy person. But if I was a professional, I would hesitate to buy there

You won’t get a military discount if you don’t have it on your phone maybe they should of went to Vietnam to war fyi be careful buying there if you expect a military discount

I requested assistance with lifting 6 bags of water softener pellets that weighed 40 lbs each into the shopping cart and loading them into my car. I was told that the "lot employee" had just gone to lunch. I explained that I had a recent shoulder injury and had weight lifting restrictions per my doctor. She did not attempt to get anyone to assist me and proceeded to ignore me to have a conversation with another customer that she was obviously friends with. I had to manage to get the bags into the cart and load them into my car on my own. This resulted in immediate pain. Very poor customer service.

I always love the selection of flowers! I go each year and never disappointed!

This store has been my go to store for many years. Great employees here which makes shopping so pleasant.

Went to buy a snowblower for my mom's house. This year's snowfall exceeds the capacity of her old snowblower, and we needed something self-propelled and the power to throw snow over the ever-growing snowbanks. Being from the Depression era, she insisted on getting the most for her money. The staff showed me how to qualify her for the Military Discount (her husband was a Veteran). The staff there "Mary, Paris and John" couldn't have been more accommodating! Made the whole process simply and stress free. They were all extremely friendly and helpful!!

I don’t advise anyone to go to this Home Depot. They are not kind or helpful and make insinuations based on gender. The supervisor or manager, John, should not be representing Home Depot in any capacity.

Building 2 new homes and. decided to give this store my business for the whole house package. They took my 38,000. And gave me only a quarter of what I bought one month later. The communication is 0,all the managers are liars. I have no windows, no doors, no LVLs. No one calls me back. Need roof shingles no communication. I want my $38,000. In materials. I have gutters sitting on my job site they delivered that I I didn’t even order. I’m throwing them away. A store of inexperienced Scammers.

I was assisted by a gentlemen by the name of Tony Gerardo. Tony waited with me while another employee used a machine to get a bathroom vanity off of the top shelf. During this wait Tony inquired about my project, offered suggestions about possible additional items i may need in the plumbing department, and ultimately saved me an additional trip back to the store to buy those missed/forgotten items. I've been shopping at Home Depot for years, but let me tell you. EVERY Employee in the store needs to shadow Mr. Tony for a day and see how true customer service is supposed to be. 5 STARS!!!!

Bought a shallow well water pump in Florida for my house here in New York at Home Depot after getting here I realize found out that I needed a deep well pump so I went to Home Depot to exchange this pump for a deep well pump and they would not accept it because I didn't have the receipt but it had the Home Depot sales tag on it and they wouldn't take it because they said they don't no longer sell rigid water pumps so I had to pay more for deep well water pump plus and now I'm still stuck with the shallow well water pump brand new in the box just bunch of b******* as far as I'm concerned plus I was just there to buy some Lumber I have to racks are either mislabeled or they have no label on them with the price tags on them

People told me I wouldn't find ceiling tile for a minor repair but you filled the bill!

Please do not get like most retail stores … keep some employees at counters to help customers . Even though it is easy to do , us seniors appreciate friendly people to greet and talk to .

Imagine buying everything for your home remodel at Home Depot, having multiple big ticket items damaged and YOU’RE treated like crap under their shoe. This Utica Home Depot is awful.
