Over the years, have remodeled many homes. Enjoy how easy it is a Home Deport. There no interest financing is a plus! Great selections, products and prices.

I find that the employees are knowledgeable about where items are and sometimes will even walk you to the isle

Every time I go in this store, there is a pallet of something on the floor in front of the item I need. Does not matter time of day etc. store is ALWAYS a horrible mess and ALWAYS totally disorganized. Had an encounter with a very rude employee at the self-checkout. Ruined it for me. Every other employee I interacted with today was friendly and helpful.

Vacuum I bought had missing items. Was returned by a scumbag someone previously.

I am sure there are a lot of great works at Home Depot but if you need help with electrical talk to Frank and Lumber Rick is a great guy. I hope I get to meet more great employees at Home Depot

employees were quick to answer questions and guide me to proper area to find product I was searching for. no upc code on item so sales associate looked up the price, assisted at checkout and I was on my way......EXCELLENT!

Anthony Culver in the tool Dept is a very knowledgeable and nice associate

I called and was assisted on the phone. Came to the store and found the team to be very helpful. Shout out to Anthony Culver for being of great assistance in the lumber department while balancing the needs of other customers at the same time.

Anthony really went out of his way to assist me in my purchase. I felt he gave his full attention to me And what I was looking for!

Anthony culver helped me find a item that his fellow employee didn't know were it was and told me to go check another section. Anthony kindly walked me to were he thought it might be and helped another in passing. He saved a sell. You need more like him

I visited the store the other evening, when heading to check out I was directed to self check out, I started scanning my items and the cashier (Dave I believe) stood over me like a hawk counting my items to make sure I scanned each item (not the end of the world) but then I scanned a stack of deck boards and they rang up incorrectly, I told Dave and he looked at me and said ok, what do you want from me? I said correct it, he said NO, I said why, he said he wasn't allowed to, when I said well then you'll need a manager, he refused and sent me to the next register and canceled my order..... instead of going to the next order I went to the customer service desk and asked for a manager, the manager on duty happened to be there helping someone else and asked what the problem was, I explained he said he was helping someone and that the head cashier would be able to fix it, that head cashier walked over to the 1 staffed non self check out and explained the situation and that the items where ringing incorrectly and that she needed to fix it, and she argued with the head cashier about it, even saying she wasn't allowed to modify prices...... the head cashier told her that she didn't have a choice and that the price listed on the shelf was what they needed to charge me regardless of what it wrong up....... (I even had an employee confirm the price when I was unloading it from the shelf to my cart, because the board above where similar and $8 more per board)..... The manager was Good, especially since he was already helping someone else, and the head cashier was good as well, but the 2 employees working the cash register and the the one working g the self check out where absolutely horrible, also beside the help checking the price in the lumber isle there was no offer to help, and there was no one around to ask from help once he walked away.....

I bought paint today and instead of the $28.98 a gallon it rand up at $31.00 I went back to paint counter and rechecked the price right there on the counter. I asked employee and he said Home Depot now charges a $1 a gallon upcharge for every finish updated ie. Flat to satin to enamel + $3.00 and a .95 can disposal fee added to that.

I bought a handle for my toilet I had to bend the metal a little to make it work. It works great know that bent it

This store is under staffed or they are hiding .

Product stock quantities do not match the app. Assisted checkout is incredibly obnoxious to use (hire someone else for that spot. Old Euro lady is incredibly abrasive). I only shop here because it’s local and work dictates.

The store is an excellent store for the community and the surrounding areas.

Aaron saw me back in the line at his pro desk, he paged someone and got him to pick my order of 2x12x16’s which I just called into Aaron and paid for. The help was very appreciated since I had my arm in a sling. That person after picking the order loaded it on my trailer without being asked. Aaron has always been on the ball and thinks his way thru the day. While I’m at It, Jake in windows has been consistent with help and ordering. This location is lucky to have these 2 people.

As a first time home owner, I appreciate the assistance this store and employees offer!

I have brought several of my major appliances for this home depot and I have been so satisfied that I return over and over also have purchased locks paint, lawnmower, water heater and im super satisfied no issues with products or services if needed

The store associates were very friendly and great people... ill most certainly be back at the store for everything that I need for personal and business uses
