All Home Depot employees need to go the Vacaville store to learn how to treat customers

This is the store to go to for all your needs. There are employees in every department that are helpful and knowledgeable. The store is clean, well organized, and provides a safe and comfortable shopping environment.

I can always count on my Vacaville store to deliver excellent customer service. Have been working on a project out of the area but will wait to get back to Vacaville to make my purchases because there’s no comparison to Vacaville!

I am so happy with Home Depot, it made my shopping really easy. I will continue to go back for more products

Everyone was very helpful even if they didn’t work in the department I was searching in they called someone to help me. Manny and Joey were especially helpful when I needed to load my storm front door into my car. They got creative and were able to fit it safely. A BIG THANK YOU shout out to them.

Charles in Millworks is great! He listens and is able to explain product details. I appreciate seeing him every time we have a special order need.

This store employees make the experience that much better. This is the best place to go. If you see a man named Mannie be sure to ask him any of your questions. He is the best! Thank him for me.

While most staff seems tired and unhelpful...Patrick gets a 10 in the customer service department. After being told there were no more garden troughs in stock, he went out of his way to see if he could find some “hiding”. This included going outside - looking between palettes stacked super high, finding them and then locating a fork lift to move numerous palettes of blocks and then brining out the troughs. He did not stop there, he saw this through all the way to loading it in my car... his determination to see this through and provide stellar customer service was outstanding! You don’t see this sort of care very often these days!!! go find Patrick - he’ll take care of you!

One of the worst experiences. wanted to purchase a Milwaukee product in which they had all the items in store. The employees told me it should not be an issue and will ring up at the counter. an hour goes by after we located the items on the shelf. product does not ring up with the milwaukee discount. clerk talks to manager in which I am told she will not come talk to me. No reason at all. I then go the the customer counter in which the manager finally shows up and lies to my face. If you are going to do customer service or manage a store, you should not blantly lie about physically looking at the product and saying it is not the same model. your employees all cleared it. either train them properly or learn to do customer service correctly

Very poor customer service. Employees do not seem to know simple things such as pricing. And a lot of items are in the wrong areas. Also a lot of items without pricing.

The store rep was very helpful, went out of their way in helping us find a particular item, found that they had one in the back store area, went and got the item very quickly. Was very professional, helpful and courteous!! Love shopping here and the staff is always so great!! Thank you Home Depot Vacaville Staff!! You guys are awesome!!!

The online in stock quantities are around 90% accurate, which is much high than any other HD in the area. The employees are friendly and helpful.

The store is close to home and very well stocked with many more of the best products available for any. Job I might be doing around my house. Thank you so much.

Employees there like Lupe the cashier really go out of their way to help you find what your looking for. I also had help from a young man in the power tool department come and ask if I needed help finding anything.

Always go to a corporate store. Better deals better customer service. Even if it means you have drive. Go where you are treated best.

Desiree was a great listener and quite knowledgeable about the needed product being family, pet friendly, and providing the exact results she said it would. Mary at Customer Service was the best. She left her area and went to the areas to help me search for the products I needed. It was even better that she was able to recommend products that she has used herself. I definitely will be back here to shop and I'll definitely be letting others know about my great experience..

I bought an appliance from the store, and people were friendly but when it came to the installers coming out they were not professional. They were really rude, and lazy, and didn't even take measurements. they walked in took two secs to look at the existing dishwasher, and walked out. I never even had the unit installed. now the vendor is pointing the finger at Home Depot. and Home Depot is pointing the finger at the Vendor. This is a horrible nightmare of an experience. I spoke with the store yesterday and the vendor today and both are still pointing their finger at each other with no answer on when I will be getting refunded for a dishwashing unit I don't have or never had in my possession. This is insane, hopefully no one else has to experience this horrible experience.

Id say this store outshines any I have been to. Mona Lisa in flooring has got to be one of the best in her field I have ever met. She is total package perfect employee representing expertise, extreme product knowledge and proceedure process, coupled with such genuine kindness that is rare. I actually was impressed with all ee's that went out of their way for me and my mom. The customer service was swamped but still they maintained such a great pleasurable attitude. Others went out of their way to help us. I love this store. Obviously some one some where runs a great ship enforcement of covid rules along with still showing the customer they are cared about. The entire store sparkled. Thank you. This project was a milestone in my life And you all were a blessing to me

HD has always been my disneyland its a place that creates ideas and influences many hobbies i have picked up with the innovation of DIY. yesterday i went to HD family has an estate in napa and my brother and i needed lawn and garden products.i was shopping trimmers blowers chainsaw multiple things.understanding that some products are under lock and key we needed assistance to get a closer look at echo 580 backpack blower.and as soon as the customer rep came over it was easy to see he had judged me and decided he was going to back it up by showing me also..i have never felt more humiliated by a customer service rep than i did yesterday at hd.i guess because we had two trimmers a pole saw and now a blower that we were suspect people.so right off the bat we immediatley feel like we arent worthy and that we werent really wanted as customers after unlocking the lock up for blowers i had decided on the 580 and he continues to put it on my cart grabs my cart and begins to walk a way with our product.didnt say anything just outright takes it.by this time im standing a little disturbed because its easy to see he thinks we are thiefs or something by the way he is my wife said let it slide and we continued to shop for what we needed.at this point its taking me a minute to not rip this guy because the next thing is as we are browsing shelves you can hear him telling other employees to watch me and literaley i can hear him saying this .how humiliating and why is this guy doing that!!!!i understand theft prevention in this day and age has to be a bit more aggressive because theft has become more resourcesful but 1 im an electrician i need home depot and i work for a living and 2 im flat out not a thief.but this dude had judged me labled me and emberassed me to the point i wanted to lose my cool on him and take him out back for a friendly introduction.we finished shopping went over to customer service and this dude follows us all the way to the location for final pay staring at the transaction intently 1438.06 was my total.he sat there laughing acting as if ok guy you gonna make a run for it or what just an idiot i pulled my wallet out and counted 15 100 dollar bills and as i did this his look was of devastation couldnt look me in my eye demeanor changed and swiftly walked away,and thats when i understood he had judged me for some reason and he thought i was there to steal or something bad and made it clear he was right and through intimidation embaresment and rudeness was gonna make us uncomfortable and when he was dead wrong he couldnt even reckognize it or apologize for his behavior.I am so heated at being treated like this that my dedication to HD is in serious jeopardy.im a foreman for a fair size electrical outfit so between my companies material needs and my personal i put a lot of money into home depot and i can bet its more than double this guys salary per year and i really dont think i want to go through that again not putting hands on this guy just to wake him up was hard enough this time what happens on my next trip????get rid of this guy hd there is no place for biased or judgmental employees anywhere
