Employees are great, very helpful and fast

Have been shopping HomeDepot stores all over Florida for about 30 years , here in this Valdosta , Georgia store was by far the easiest Home Depot to ever shop in , easy close up parking , store clean , organized easily got tools I needed and pesticides , with quick and easy checkout . Will definitely be purchasing all of my household needs here . THANK YOU HOME DEPOT !

The associate Lee Johnson has a great personality and is very helpful.

If you are looking for a item, ask any associates and they will take you to where to fine that item. Store was clean and dusted. Very friendly and helpful.

I would not recommend this store at this time they don't have enough people at work to help you I had to way 30 minutes for someone to get a latter to get an item down for me if I could have gotten it somewhere else I would have been out of there

Awesome store. Everyone is helpful if I need anything. I also love watching for sales on items I need for home and yard maintenance.

Marty, the electrician, went out of his way to help us buy the right bathroom floor tile and helped us save a great deal of money. We were very impressed with the way we were helped through out the store.

We went in not really knowing anything and Lee helped us out and we know everything. He was very fast and nice.

I have never been to a home improvement store where the associates were so willing to help me get exactly what I needed. Its my "go to" place. :)

Tiphany Jackson assisted me in purchasing a washer and dryer. She was patient and kind answering all my questions. I appreciate the customer service she provided to me. I had gone to two other stores that day looking for washer and dryer and was not even approached by anyone asking if they could help me. So I chose Home Depot because of Tiphany.

We were shopping for a washer, went by the competitor before going to Home Depot, and the competitor had not interest in whether we bought or not and was not very helpful. Mamta, at Home Depot was very helpful and we actually paid more than we would have at the competitor due to product knowledge and willingness to spend time with us to find the right washer.

Great store with outstanding employees!

Great place to shop. I've been in other stores where I can never find any assistance, but these guys in Valdosta are always willing to help solve even the smallest of problems.

Clean store, great location for me and many wonderful employees to help out if I ever need help finding things in the store.

GOOD SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. FRIENDLY STAFF FOUND EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR.

It is so helpful to have lumber cut in the store. This saves a lot of time and makes less of a mess in the garage.

Home Depot always has the items that I am looking for at very reasonable prices. Employees very helpful!

The Home Depot store in Valdosta has very helpful and courteous associates. The sales associates, customer service center, and cash register personnel are always well informed and polite. If they do not have a specific product I need they will order the item or show me reasonable alternative products. The store presented a nice clean environment, well lite, and very organized. The special sale items are clearly marked in well stocked. Carol and Paige were especially helpful.

Thank you so much to Ricky for going the extra mile by helping me get the supplies for a craft project. He cut the items I needed into the correct lengths and made it possible for me to complete my project. Something no other store offered to do and I talked to all of them.

I can verify online if items needed in the store before making the trip. Sometimes it's hard to find help when needed, may be they can provide a self service calling device to indicate you need help in what department place several devices through out the store otherwise you may be at the furthers area from the help desk and you have to walk all the way back to front of store when you don't pass a single employee on your trek!

If you shop here, make sure and look for Sae.. She is absolutely the best at what she does. Amazing!!

The Valdosta, Ga store is fantastic! I have been shopping there since the first week it opened. The employees are always very helpful and the product selection is terrific. I enjoy every trip to this Home Depot.

I have found excellent help for all the areas of my project. Lighting, bathroom counter tops, faucets and even got personal service for some hinges.. Each department took time just for me and all had the answers to my questions. The cost was less than half of what Lowes quoted me for the exact same counters and plumbing services.
