Was looking for a special plant for Mother's Day. Did not see it. Employee took to straight to the plant. They look very good and healthy. I bought two.

Austin and Jalen were very friendly and eager to load the 15 bags of mulch I purchased today. I will definitely look for them on my next trip to assist me. They get a gold star from me

I’m a pretty easy going guy, my last trip to Home Depot I overheard a Rude Returns Cashier “Tarsha” use profanity and Racial terms to describe me. Not only is this store a constant mess, out of stock but, the service isn’t just nonexistent it’s Agressively poor. Do yourself a favor… go someplace else.

The gardening experience, genuine kindness and very helpful.

Robert was really helpful today with no delays for the item that I wanted to purchase. I told him the issue that I was having and that there was only one product left. He made that product even cheaper than what it was already value. Now thats called customer service.

I have been shopping at Home Depot for years and my military discount has always worked, but on this occasion it was not showing me in the system. And employee named Nikkie saw I was having issues came over and helped me out and got everything corrected and she was very nice during the whole process with a nice smile. She was outstanding.

I love the store, they almost always have what I need and the employees are great. The only think that holds me back from 5 stars is the fact that they don't have a tool rental section, which is a huge thing for me.

I have bought so many things from this location, always a clean store, even the bathrooms. Always an ease to find what I need, and if I am having problems finding some item the employees are always so helpful!

First we had the pleasure of meeting Phyllis in Customer Service. We had been calling HD for a few days and getting no where. However, Phyllis had our issue resolved within minutes and with a smile! Next, we ventured to the wood area. I was looking to make a stand for my TV. Justin took the time to listen to what I was trying to do and he understood me. He helped me find the wood piece I needed, cut it for me, and within 2 minutes helped me screw it together. This is totally going above and beyond! He is now my favorite HD employee! We ended our trip with Nancy. She was such a delight to talk with at the check out area. She tried everything in her power to help me! These people have made me a forever HD woman!

Gentlemen by the name of Jalen went above to help me with pain.

We entered the store on a tight timeline and Matt assisted us in the home appliance department. He quickly helped us w/ an accessory purchase for the refrigerator, nailed down a delivery date, provided our receipt thanked us for our business! Awesome job Matt!

Customer service is everything. I enjoy coming here over anywhere else because I never feel like it's a "problem" for me to ask for help.

Staff are very nice and attentive and working as a team to solve your problem and accommodate your need. Especially Lisa was super helpful. Even though we were there shortly before closing, she tried her best to repot our plant and watered it and carried it to the checkout herself. In my opinion she did much more than what her job description is and went well beyond that. All with a smile on her face. We greatly appreciate her.

I just got magnum rafter square this time and a Red Bull and this chips my grandson had thanks to Bonnie the cashier that help us because I was in the phone and didn’t see them

Christopher loaded my truck with rocks for me. He was amazing and very helpful

Both Kevan and Daniel get big kuddos from us. They helped us load bags of mulch and bricks in to our pick up. Above and beyond and very friendly. Way to go you two!
