Loading time took almost two hours

The supplies I needed were appropriate and easy to find with a little help.

Everyone seems quite friendly when you can find someone! I purchased some heavy items and the man from the flooring department was kind enough to help me load it into my truck for me. That level of service is hard to find nowadays.

Everyone I encountered was courteous and helpful. All of my questions were answered and they assisted me with finding what I was looking for.

A wonderful woman named Maria helped me with my LG fridge purchase. She is very knowledgeable and so nice to work with. When I go back for my oven and dishwasher I will request her.

Some people are great caring workers and some are not,just hang around

The employees were informative. The store was clean and organized. They enjoy taking my money. LOL

Have your own help or load it yourself. No help to be seen.

I bought boards that look like they might be Australian cause they look like boomerangs way overpriced and couldn't get one of the many young employees to help load them did it myself with bad back Thanks Homo Depot

Over the last month, and during many project trips to HD, the Valdosta team was awesome! Tarsha & Phyllis (CS), Tim (Paint), Mark (Plumbing), Jalen & Andy (Garden Center) and JoAnn & Esmeralda (Cashiers). There's nothing that Tarsha can't correct & Phyllis can tackle anything! Tim can match anything and consistently helps to find the right products for my projects. Mark helped me on MANY plumbing projects. He recently found the right products to address my mom's special needs and got me on track with my projects. Jalen helped me find the necessary product, loaded everything, & Andy got everything loaded in my car. Many thanks to JoAnn & Esmeralda for their help at check out. Horrible customer service and 6 employees just standing around refusing to help me at 7:10 Saturday morning!!!

There have been several times that there weren't any employees at the paint station. One time I had to wait a solid ten minutes because employees were having their morning meeting. As a paint contractor, time is money. Not to mention there are random times that my employees may be depending on me to deliver material. Other than that, I'd say it's a very nice store.

I usually go to my local Home Depot every day or every other day. It's not unusual for employees to not ask me if I need help since they know l'm a professional. However with that said if at anytime I do need assistance they are usually nore than happy to assist me. Especially a stock worker named Corey. He always goes above and beyond. My daughter adores him and will actively look for him so she can run up and hug him. He is the star employee of my Home Depot. Another star employee is Ashley at customer service. She is a standout among her peers with her leadership skills, active listening skills, quick and decisive thinking and experience in customer service. Both of those employees are one of a kind and should be considered for upper management immediately. They are destined for greatness within the ranks of not only Home Depot but also within society and their respective communities as well. Thank you for all of your hard work and devotion to being there very catalyst in the recipe to making a person's day the best it could possibly be.

I purchase a lot from HD. However, I have a car and need delivery, but delivery is too expensive. Creates problems with what I purchase. Maybe you guys can figure out a way to do it. Pizza joints do it cheaply why can't you?

It gets the job done as advertised but will not juice leafy veggies, only fruits and veggies like carrots for example, it's not so loud and easy to assemble and wash to maintain cleanliness of all parts. It's a great starter juicer!! Get It and see for yourself!! The Beet Juice and apple juice were amazing that I made first...Delicious!!

Got it home and unboxed, dent and deep scratch on one side

97.6% 0f the time best service, but some people don't need to work with the public, Company rules should be number, know how to say thank you and your welcome. Don't here that much anymore, but I was there on 7/15 and the lady on duty was the best. I said thank you three time and got back your welcome three times, I pointed it out to her and said keep it never change.

There was a sales rep it looked like on each row. They asked about helping us. We were pointed in right direction and ,Dona, cashier was helpful by opening my water for me. I thought it to be a great experience.

Gordy , Trinity and Ashley were all very helpful in loading up what we purchased.

I've tried "Lost" home improvement store but they don't compare with Hope Depot. Selection, lay out, cleanliness (to include their restrooms), customer service, and helpful employees all are the reasons why I am a loyal customer. Being a Viet Nam vet, I am honored to get a military discount. Thank You Home Depot!

Needed t50 staples for insulation. Found easily.

I went in to purchase a new mower and it took 3 hours from going in the store to leaving 3 hours later it was not a good experience.

Was looking for a special plant for Mother's Day. Did not see it. Employee took to straight to the plant. They look very good and healthy. I bought two.
